This pollo tropical wasn’t bad had to wait a minute or two to get helped but they were friendly and the Cuban sand-which I got wasn’t bad maybe could have used a little more meat inside but had decent flavor, not a bad choice for decent Spanish food!!

My husband brought me out tonight for one of the best grilled chicken meals. When I say everything was superb amazing and delicious. The place was extremely clean Service amazing . We love Pollo Tropical but had never been to this location. This is by far my best pollo tropical experience to date. Food was great. Service was fast and staff were extremely friendly. We will be going out of our way to come back to this location!! (even if millenia traffic sucks)

We love this place!! Food is always GREAT, fresh and fast!! Service is always EXCELLENT. This location is near many places Like the Mall Of Millennia, IKEA and other stores and restaurants. Bathrooms are neat and clean.
