My husband brought me out tonight for one of the best grilled chicken meals. When I say everything was superb amazing and delicious. The place was extremely clean Service amazing . I wish i could give them ten stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Families happy couples smiling atmosphere superb!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening 🫶🏽😍
Food was really good but the soup was cold.
We love Pollo Tropical but had never been to this location. This is by far my best pollo tropical experience to date. Food was great. Service was fast and staff were extremely friendly. We will be going out of our way to come back to this location!! (even if millenia traffic sucks)

Great chicken. Hot flavorful and great service and love the salsa bar.i highly recommended this restaurant. Keep up thegoid work. And fast service. You have the best chicken.
This pollo tropical wasn’t bad had to wait a minute or two to get helped but they were friendly and the Cuban sand-which I got wasn’t bad maybe could have used a little more meat inside but had decent flavor, not a bad choice for decent Spanish food!!
Food here is really good specially the quesadilla wrap, amazing! There is 1 cashier “Dulce” excellent service and friendly!

We love this place!! Food is always GREAT, fresh and fast!! Service is always EXCELLENT. This location is near many places Like the Mall Of Millennia, IKEA and other stores and restaurants. Bathrooms are neat and clean.
Since I arrived the cashier ask if we need help and from there on we felt good to have decided to stop and have dinner. Great job guys...I will recommend this place.
