Applebee's

First time at this location. Kelsey was great!!! The food was good but the chicken was a bit hard, the rice was a tad but dry and the guac was a little limey. Very clean eating areas but the bathroom was... Not a lot of patrons and a mask is required. Plenty of handicapped parking available. Check out my pics and video for more info.

At first I was very upset my husband got the wrong order twice, our utensils smelled like bleach, the food was cold and our server only checked on us once or twice. That was until the manager Bobby stepped in an saved the day! He was very nice and completely went above and beyond for us to make us comfortable and because of that I will be going back! Thanks Bobby for everything!!

It's been awhile since I've been to Applebee's. We went to the one off of Alafaya and University. Being that it was Monday not a lot of people. Had dinner with my wife and daughter. Appetizers great. Atmosphere was quiet. Our server was decent and polite. No pressure on our order. Though my wife's order and my order was correct. My daughter's wasn't. She asked for plate with chicken. And ended with ravioli's with cheese and vegetables. She's one not to complain about it. She enjoyed it though. Other than that my table drinks never stop. And the service very attentive. Prices are good and reasonable. Thanks.
