Not bad. Certainly worth a stop for a good cup. Didn't try anything special. Might have to go back for something else. The coffee was a good roast & perfect temperature.

I love this place! I’ve only had great experiences.
The one time I had an issue I didn’t even notice. They forgot to add my cookie to my order, but before I even noticed, by the time I got home, they already refunded me. Shows they care!

Came here to visit the Coffee Factory & Cafe, but it is now owned by Paris Bake Shop & Café. It appears the menu and options have changed. The coffee was okay, and the food was decent. We were not entirely impressed with our visit based on the food and coffee, other than the employees were friendly.

Relaxing and quiet place, great for meeting up with coworkers or relatives. The food is decent but for the coffees, you must know how to order and how you like your drinks. If not, you'll end up with a drink too bitter or not suitable for your tastes. Luckily the staff members are very friendly and are willing to replace a drink if not to your likings. I only dealt with a bitter drink once but once you get the hang of it, this place is indeed a great little cafe.

Such delightful food at great prices! Our hosts this morning were warm and welcoming. I got the blended Creme Brulee latte, and it was to die for.

Tried their white mocha and chocolate mocha nut, it was good! Cafe a lot of bakery items too. Place has a nice vibe, staff is friendly and easy to find parking.

It's a corner place with lots of windows. Cute decor too. Definitely, a local hang place. I didn't have time to get anything to eat but the menu looks good.
I ordered the 16oz Toasted Coconut coffee under the Specialty Latte section.
16oz = 2 shots espresso
24oz coffee = 3 shots of espresso
32 oz = 4 shots of espresso
The flavor was really good. I just assumed it would be a latte and not a cappuccino. 1/3 of my cup was foam. The line on my cup is where the coffee began.
For some, that would be great. For me, it's why I order lattes.
Next time I try a new place, I need to ask how the drink is made first. 🙃

Great little place to have coffee and breakfast. I got a cappuccino and a waffle w/chocolate chips & whipped cream. Husband got a chicken wrap with a Dr Pepper. Everything was great! Definitely recommend this place.

Really nice stop for some nice customized latte’s and coffees! Hidden gem is the UCF Waterford Lakes area! Great spot for a quick morning drink and breakfast, as well as the perfect study spot!

EGG SALAD CROISSANT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE‼️‼️It was light, flaky, and delicious. The toast in the other picture was good as well I hear! I only give 4 starts because I asked for green tea and they gave me a selection of matcha and "loose leaf". I asked for loose leaf and got a Bigelow tea bag which wasn't very good. They ARE the coffee factory though so if you drink coffee probably get that. VERY GOOD! would be a perfect 5 stars without the tea!
