Came here by accident because I was driving on Semoran and I was starving, turned out to be a great experience! The owner was very helpful and has given me recommendations on what to order, and of course the food did not disappoint at all. The Mayan pork with fried corn tortilla, top with some pickled onions, cilantro and mango sauce it is perfect. The veggies/poblana one is really good too. I ordered two to eat there and ended up ordering more because it is really tasty!
The food was outstanding, mind you we showed up at 8:20 pm (the close at 9) and all the food was still made fresh to order and was delicious! The Mayan Pork is phenomenal and everything we hoped it would be. Definitely will be coming back very soon!

We’ve been trying to come here since they opened, and it finally worked today. We were not disappointed! Loved getting to try some Mayan specialties.
What a wonderful find! We were having trouble deciding on a place to eat but finally decided to try The Taste of Yucatan. When we arrived, we weren't sure it was open because there were so few cars in the parking lot but we saw the lit "OPEN" sign and headed in.
Sure enough, it was open and we were the only guests. That was nice since we needed help figuring out the menu and how things are ordered and the options. The cashier was very helpful and patient. He explained the order options, available toppings and sauces.
The food was prepared quickly and was fresh and delicious. I got four tacos with the spicy pork and tried a different sauce on each one. The pork was delicious and there was a huge portion of it in each one. By the time I added onions and cilantro, they were almost too full to roll up to eat.
This place is definitely not the corporate-run taco-factory. It was friendly and cozy. The food is delicious. I will definitely go again to try the other items on the menu.
The food was delicious and served quickly. The cashier was helpful and patient while we decided what to eat. The price was great for what we got. My husband got 3 tacos, my daughter had 2 and I got a burrito. The 3 of us ate for $31.50. We'll definitely be back
I must admit I passed this place way too many times and never gave it the time of day. Today thanks to Amazon I saw them on the delivery list which sent me on a quest for reviews and I was so surprised at how great they were. So my family and I finally went today and the food is so authentic and delicious we will be returning soon. The fresh made tortillas are absolutely delicious! If you love Mexican food you will not be disappointed.
This place is absolutely incredible! The food is amazing and very, very similar to authentic Yucatan flavors and the quality and freshness of ingredients is a winner. I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants in a Orlando and this one Is the most authentic and delicious of them all for me. To make things even better, the owners are very friendly and the place itself is very nice!
