Visiting with my family from out of town. The variety was good, but can be overwhelming. I had a morning latte topped with biscoff, pecans, and brown sugar and it was delicious! The young lady at the register was helpful with helping me make a choice, however, her attitude changed when she saw I gave a 14% tip (an option on the machine). That’s when she started eye rolling. I’m sorry, but I wasn’t expecting to spend $50 on 5 ice creams. Mid order she also answered a phone call “from the owner” with no warning, and had us waiting at least 2 minutes to finish our order. The girls making the ice cream were not very friendly and they were talking to each other in another language. No interaction with the customers. The only friendly one was the girl at the end of the line adding the toppings, she may have been African-American. She was friendly, talkative, and always had a smile on her face. The others could learn customer service skills from her. I recommend the ice cream, but it’s expensive and the service could be better.

Great interior, quiet calm place; such a good vibe that I turned my back and didn't even notice seven more people walk in. Staff is nice, very hospitable. I tried the brown sugar boba and it was incredibly sweet, couldn't have asked for any better. My daughter had the Mickey mouse and the presentation was phenomenal. I loved how they let you add more toppings afterwards too! Definitely a must try in the area

I’m an ice cream connoisseur 😏, and this place is amazing! The rolled ice cream is creamy and you get up to 3 toppings. So far we’ve had: Morning latte ☕️ Monkey business 🍌 Hello Kitty 🍓 Mr. Ferrero 🌰 The employees have been friendly each time. The place is filled with post-it notes that customers write on and place on the wall. It’s a bit tacky 😅 and my OCD kicks in but it’s fun to read them. Wish they would find a better way to organize them and make them look nice.

Such a great experience! We are locals and I normally avoid idrive because it is so touristy. I’m so glad we took a chance! We waited at the front and ordered. For a Saturday night the wait was not long. I had a coconut boba which was great! Kids had a smoothie, milkshake, and rolled ice cream. Everything was GREAT! The kids enjoyed looking at all the post it’s on the wall and laughing and enjoying them. With 3 teens it’s rare that everyone enjoys themselves but they all did. It is all good but the girls on staff are the best thing about this place. They were all so kind and sweet. Will be back I am sure ?
