Visiting with my family from out of town. The variety was good, but can be overwhelming. I had a morning latte topped with biscoff, pecans, and brown sugar and it was delicious!
The young lady at the register was helpful with helping me make a choice, however, her attitude changed when she saw I gave a 14% tip (an option on the machine). That’s when she started eye rolling. I’m sorry, but I wasn’t expecting to spend $50 on 5 ice creams. Mid order she also answered a phone call “from the owner” with no warning, and had us waiting at least 2 minutes to finish our order. The girls making the ice cream were not very friendly and they were talking to each other in another language. No interaction with the customers. The only friendly one was the girl at the end of the line adding the toppings, she may have been African-American. She was friendly, talkative, and always had a smile on her face. The others could learn customer service skills from her. I recommend the ice cream, but it’s expensive and the service could be better.

Such a great experience! We are locals and I normally avoid idrive because it is so touristy. I’m so glad we took a chance! We waited at the front and ordered. For a Saturday night the wait was not long. I had a coconut boba which was great! Kids had a smoothie, milkshake, and rolled ice cream. Everything was GREAT! The kids enjoyed looking at all the post it’s on the wall and laughing and enjoying them. With 3 teens it’s rare that everyone enjoys themselves but they all did. It is all good but the girls on staff are the best thing about this place. They were all so kind and sweet. Will be back I am sure ?
Visited here from Minnesota on our last day in Orlando and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Oreo's Secret and Berry Family rolled ice cream and it was AMAZING.
Love the place and the ice cream was very good. Customer service was the best. 100% recommend this place!!
I’m an ice cream connoisseur 😏, and this place is amazing! The rolled ice cream is creamy and you get up to 3 toppings.

The place is filled with post-it notes that customers write on and place on the wall. It’s a bit tacky 😅 and my OCD kicks in but it’s fun to read them. Wish they would find a better way to organize them and make them look nice.
While passing through Florida, this gem of a shop was discovered. Great ice cream, most of the interior of the building was covered in sticky notes. Looking forward to coming back for more delicious ice cream.
Mr. Cool ia a fun ice cream shop to visit. We went to try out the rolled ice cream. The employees were very laid back and helpful. The post it notes on the wall is unique , fun for all ages ! Very interesting watching them make the rolled ice cream.
Such a good place! Rolled ice cream was amazing and carol was great with my kids letting them choose the ice cream and letting them watch the process. They even got to do little sticky notes. Such a cute personal touch!
Found this place by accident with the family and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the boba milk taro tea and it was fresh and delicious. Service is great and the establishment is so cool. Their walls are covered in sticky notes from people of literally all over the world. Very cool place and will return to try their rolled ice cream which looks amazing.
