Dunkin'

I just came here to get my caramel iced decaf coffee. And it was good! I also ordered a dozen doughnuts for the kids. They liked them, so that was a plus. Great service. The only thing I didn't like was that when I walked into the store, it smelt like a dirty mop. It was stink! I couldn't take it, I just walked out and went through the drive thru. Overall, I was satisfied with the services, just not the smell.

The staff at the this store is absolutely amazing and goes above what is required of them. I was just there this morning and had an altercation with another customer in the drive-thru that I accidentally cut off because I did not see them as they were PARKED in a parking spot adjacent to the store. The other customer was screaming profanities and using vulgar language towards me. But what he didn't know is that I have some PTSD from a previous, awful relationship. I started to have a panic attack in the drive through and instead of ignoring me or feeding into the nonsense from the driver behind me (I tried calming him down before my panic attack and remind him that it's just Dunkin' Donuts) the staff tried helping me calm down and told me to take deep breaths. They suggested I come inside because the driver behind me was still screaming at me as I was at the drive-thru window. I commend all of the staff members that were there while this encounter was happening as they were the absolute sweetest people and did everything in their power to assist me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
