Starbucks

I always go to this location to grab my coffee before work and i like how quick they are and i don't have to wait long for my coffee. This month we had a breast cancer event at our studio and while picking up my coffee i asked if they can donate some goodies for the cause, the manager Laseley was supper nice and generous, it's just an extra reason for me to love this place. Thank you for your generosity

I only stopped 4 a cup of coffee. They were not brewing the brand that I liked but the young woman who waited on me took the time and made me a cup of the brand I love (Guatemala). I really appreciated her going 2 that distance 2 serve a customer. That is the kind of person one wants working 4 them, and she did it with a smile. Kudos 2 this Starbucks (good hire).

So grateful I met Shoe (nickname) from Jamaica today! There was an alarm going off randomly so I started joking about there being a ghost. I told her “God bless! We all appreciate you, bc we need our coffee!” She came around the counter and hugged me twice and she said Starbucks is her addiction and she loves going to all Starbucks everywhere. Then I told her I would pray for her and she said back with joyful surprise on her face, “I will pray for you too, you are so sweet.” Shoe, I want you to know I am going through a rare illness that I get IV treatments for and today I really needed your smile, hugs, and kindness! Thank you Shoe for making my day! Jesus loves you!

I’m not a big fan of Starbucks because my opinion is they’re selling a subpar product. However, it’s nice if you want something quick, convenient, and consistent. My personal favorite aspect of Starbucks is the customer service, especially for those patrons that frequent a location. Had a birthday reward & did a mobile order. Frappacinos are a pain to make, and mine had some modifications. This barista made it perfectly and had a full on conversation about my birthday plans, taking the time out of her busy day at work to go above and beyond what she needed to do. I’m not even a big birthday person, but it was kind to be like “hey, I see you!” Shout to her. Seriously. The smallest things in customer service can make someone’s day. Especially today, when things can be so dismal. Hope she gets recognized. Her name wasn’t on the mobile order receipt. Should’ve grabbed. Called the customer service number and I really hope this did something for this employee cause she was such a sweetheart. Loved my free drink. It was hot outside.
