For its category of dining, which I would classify as a casual restaurant, I’m always thrilled with Burntwood. They have a nice, cozy atmosphere is a rustic aesthetic that I think is reminiscent of a ski lodge with a slight industrial edge. They have good comfort food and their French dip is outstanding. I’ve been there many times and will definitely return.

Delicious!! We took advantage of the $8 apps during happy hour and ordered several options. Really impressed by the homemade tater tots, cauliflower bites and chicken sliders.

I sought out this restaurant because I LOVE the outdoor seating area! SERVICE: I had a great service experience. Alex was my server and SHE. WAS. AMAZING! Alex was super attentive, kind and helpful. She gave a great non-alcoholic beverage recommendation, the passion fruit mojito. Loved it! It was delicious and refreshing. Other staff were welcoming and kind too. The bartender was personable and funny. ATMOSPHERE: I went on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not super busy, it was very neat and clean, as well as the patio. It started to rain, but I had a smooth transition to the indoor dining area. It's a great place to enjoy a nice meal with friends or family without a noisy bar. FOOD: I ordered the wedge salad and a side of fries. LOVED IT! I forgot to take a picture. To my fry lovers, their fries are fresh and delicious, you won't regret it. GET. THE. MOLTEN. CAKE!! I'm grateful I had dessert that night. Overall, great quality food for a reasonable price. Ask for Alex!

Nestled in a grove of live oaks, Burntwood Tavern is a superb restaurant that you should check out! The design of its interior space is very well appointed and unique, with a large fireplace at its center. Our entres were excellent! Large portions of freshly prepared food, topped off by courteous service. A total win!

Loved this place. Excellent service and excellent food. We really enjoyed our dinner!! Loved it. Only draw back, was we weren't a fan of the music. I would definitely go there again. We went a second time and the service nor the food was as good. I guess it depends on who's working... unfortunate...... ☹️

Went for lunch with a friend 4/4/23. Sat inside but they do have a patio. Server was very good, attentive but not hovering. We tried the chicken sliders, angus beef sliders & grilled Asiago chicken salad. All were good but the things I personally didn’t like were sweet pickles on the beef sliders & way too much / to big of bun for the sliders. Too much bread for amount of chicken and beef. Could have used ketchup on the able. Also they don’t have regular sodas, ie Coke or Pepsi products, I think they make their own & the diet cola is terrible. Very clean but we were there just after they opened. Nice decor. Fair prices

We went for the Happy Hour (3p-6p) every day. The $7 apps were plentiful and tasty. I 103% recommend the Chicken Sliders. Homemade pickles were perfect, chicken juicy and crispy, and the sauces were very balanced. We also got the margherita flatbread pizza. The servers were very attentive. Drinks are a good size too. We were there for a Rotary social event. There was lots of Parking and Burntwood Tavern has a nice, intimate environment.

Delish! From the appetizers of fire cracker shrimp or tavern tater tot‘s, to my chicken Milanese, it was delicious! Be sure to get the tavern tater tot‘s because they are to die for! Not your average tater tot I’ll tell you that. Plenty of parking, friendly waitstaff, but the restaurant is busy so it’s best to make reservations. Both inside and outside areas have comfortable, spacious seating.

Burntwood Tavern is a “new to market” restaurant that seems to teeter in an odd point between “casual” and “slightly upscale” and it seems to work! We visited for brunch on a Saturday and while we want to come back for some of their normal offerings, the brunch items were great on their own! First of all, I really like the decor of the restaurant. It’s kinda hard to describe but it’s a mix between homemade metal objects and modern. It’s a bit odd but it’s interesting and seems to work. They have a nice big patio with roll up doors to the inside which I’m sure they will get a ton of use from 3 months out of the year. They also have a large bar area and plenty of comfortable booths. Service was good, friendly and attentive. We waited a bit long for food for a restaurant that was quite empty, but I know brunch always throws off kitchens a bit. Speaking of food, it was great! I loved the western omelette I had. It was perfectly done with tons of toppings and good breakfast potatoes and a nice fruit cup. My dining partner had the breakfast pizza which was awesome! More of a crisp bread pizza it had a ton of flavor and was a really good sized portion. We also tried the blueberry pancakes which were the only big bummer. Super generic and flavorless compared to the rest of the food. Only negatives were incredibly watered down and weak iced tea and while the restrooms were clean you could tell some fixtures hadn’t been replaced from the old restaurant, the toilet handles and pipes were rusty, etc. Overall it was great and I can’t wait to return!
