I like the food here; I think they are quite fast and efficient. The price is a bit high for their product. I tried the agave lemonade, and it's excellent. I appreciate the monthly subscription option for certain drinks, although I haven't purchased it because my favorite drink is smoothies, and that doesn't fit into that monthly plan. Sometimes, it's very crowded due to people occupying the tables for long hours.

Nice place for some sandwiches and coffee ☕️ I liked the duet of half sandwich and soup and was surprised by amount of coffee I was served compared to the price. Was looking for electric plug 🔌 for my laptop 💻 and they have available in various corners which is good if you’re looking for a place to work outside of home…

Service is great! But I am not too happy with this Asiago Bagel that had “Sausage” in its title, but when you choose it on the touchscreen there is an option to add sausage with an upcharge (I assumed this was an extra sausage). It was not an extra sausage, so I got a bagel without sausage. Very misleading; I ended up getting a sausage patty from Macdonald’s.

If you order a pick2 with the warm bowl is an actual full size bowl. I didn't know its too much food if you were looking for a real pick2 size. But, you have leftovers for next day.

Typical Panera - my wife had the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken that she said was good (finished it), I had tuna salad on whole grain bread with chicken noodle soup. Sandwich was 90% bread with a heaping tbsp of tuna. The soup tasted funny to me and I get it a lot.

First time here and I’m happy with my Chipotle chicken with scrambled eggs avocado with chabatta. The boost your bagel is not a good choose tho. And the coffee is horrible

🍞🥪🍲Warm, Delicious Soups & Sandwiches🍞🥪🍲 I’ve been dining at Panera Bread in Waterford for over five years, rarely ever disappointed with the quality of its food and service. Recently, self-order kiosks have allowed patrons to choose meals at their leisure, with the added benefit of visuals and easy-to-modify special requests (removing ingredients, etc.). The You Pick Two option continues to be my favorite, with a surprising variety of entrée and side-dish combinations. The last time I visited, many of the menu items were unavailable (assumedly due to shortages); however, I still walked away with a delicious meal. Most recently, I ordered: 🥪 Toasted Frontega Chicken – My favorite panini on the menu, finally back from the “secret menu” after a revamp hiatus. It’s as tasty as ever, with a bit more toastiness. My particular serving felt disproportionately bready, but a bit more smoked chicken evenly spread is all that it needed to maintain its gold star. The meat is pulled tender-soft, warmed under creamy mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, zesty red onions, aromatic basil, and sweet-spicy chipotle mayonnaise sandwiched between two slices of toasted Black Pepper Focaccia. Goes down splendidly with a side of soup. And speaking of… 🍁 Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup – I wish this weren’t seasonal because it’s my absolute FAVORITE soup offered by Panera. Thick, creamy, and just the right balance of sweetness and nuttiness, it’s a smooth, pureed blend of butternut squash, pumpkin, and vegetable broth, with hints of honey, apple, cinnamon, and curry spice with sweet cream. A handful of salted pumpkin seeds on top positively *makes* it—both in terms of taste and texture. 🧀 Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese – A delicious, slightly healthier twist on traditional macaroni. It tastes almost like Panera’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup, with melt-in-your-mouth soft pasta and juicy broccoli creating a tangy-sweet joyride for the tastebuds. 🥤 Green Passion Smoothie – Refreshing and not too sweet, with a breezy-light fruitiness, the Green Passion Smoothie gets its name and color from the imperceptible spinach infused into the mix. The smoothie is a pureed mix of peach, mango, white grape, and passionfruit. Filling and satisfying. Of course, no trip to Panera Bread is complete without a pastry (Orange Cream Scone *highly* recommended)!

Service was quick and uninterative to be honest. My friends and I ordered at the electronic screens, grabbed our number place holders, waited for them to go off, and grabbed our food and drinks at the counter. Pretty robotic but pretty convenient for the world we now live in. The food was tasty, hot, serving looked very appetizing, and overall was a good experience. They have made it extremely convenient and appetizing. Huge kudos to this panera location. Also they weren't super busy on this visit so that helped as well. Will definitely consider visiting in the future for a simple but filling meal.

This was my first time. The staff was super nice. It was very quiet inside even though there were a lot of people. I ordered a cheese Danish and it was yummy. The coffee was hot and fresh. I will defiantly come back.
