Love the staff here. Always friendly and helpful. They treat regulars like family and newcomers like friends. I've never ever had any gripes with anything about this location for years. The food is fantastic, the service is quick and precise & they always indulge my unhealthy obsession with pickles.
We recently discovered just how good Firehouse is. We enjoyed the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub and they were great. The restaurant was busy but the staff handled the orders efficiently and we received just what we ordered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
First time trying out this restaurant. Back home, I always skipped it because I thought it was like Subway, which I don't care for, because it has so much bread! But, this sub was delicious with just the right amount of bread. Employees were friendly and environment was clean & appealing.

I eat here at least twice a month, I enjoy their subs and the fact of how friendly their staff is makes it so much of a better experience.
I order a grilled chicken or steak and cheese and it is always made to how I want it. Love that they allow the customer to make the changes they want.
I would give this restaurant extra stars if it was possible. From the moment we walked in until leaving we were treated with the upmost respect and friendliness. The subs/sandwiches are always top notch. The new Nashville Hot Brisket Sandwich had incredible flavor, one of my new favorite sandwiches.
There is a fellow that’s been working here for at least 3-4 years because I see him constantly when I go to this location and he is the most positive and friendly person you will ever meet.
