First time at this Firehouse Subs and it was a pleasant experience. Upon waking in we were greeted by a very friendly chap before heading to make our order. It's cooked fresh and brought to table when ready. Everything is customisable, so don't worry about all the mustard, etc, in the subs. Coke Freestyle machine provides the drinks. Makes a pleasant change from Subway.
Love the staff here. Always friendly and helpful. They treat regulars like family and newcomers like friends. I've never ever had any gripes with anything about this location for years. The food is fantastic, the service is quick and precise & they always indulge my unhealthy obsession with pickles. It's definitely my go-to as of late for a quick, delicious bite!
We recently discovered just how good Firehouse is. We enjoyed the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub and they were great. The restaurant was busy but the staff handled the orders efficiently and we received just what we ordered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
First time trying out this restaurant. Back home, I always skipped it because I thought it was like Subway, which I don't care for, because it has so much bread! But, this sub was delicious with just the right amount of bread. Employees were friendly and environment was clean & appealing.
I'm upset, I asked for a fully involved sub and for the cost...the other items were omitted. Too much money spent for no attention too detail..meat was good just disappointed..thank God Gabriel sub shop on Edgewater drive is still open and making subs in front of you as you direct what you want on it...fire house should try being more transparent so this will not happen..i will not return for awhile.

Always great food, love that to-go is packaged in a box so nothing gets smushed or leaks during transit, and the staff at this location specifically has always been wonderful

Evertime i come to this establishment I'm welcomed by the biggest smiles and gestures. My food is always cooked & made perfectly. The place is clean and they have brownies that are addicting. Coming to this location makes a big difference in treatment at all firehouse restaurants. You will become a regular. Great place to eat. The manager Sean seems to be very experienced in his role as management. I would add photos but I devoured my food already. Night staff is equally wonderful and accommodating
