Mcdonald's

Only thing observed was that people are not used to the new ordering kiosks and personnel is not designated to help teach those whom are afraid of breaking the computer by their incorrect input. Staff ignores those requesting help. In my day if visiting the McDonald's app was down. And could not get my rewards code to function properly for this day. I always get stuck after my order is completed trying to find the way to end the sale and payment.

Came here with my family after a long day at the flea market by central Florida fairgrounds, and ordered 40 nuggets with two large fries. Shanice went above and beyond for us and was so kind. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone like her before. Such a sweet human who cares about her work and making customers happy.

I have always spent time and visited this location when it was a totally different McDonald's before, from age 8 until now. In fact last night (06/25/23) to be ;he demolition and being rebuilt to the restaurant and architecture and design scheme that it had prior to the complete overhaul. It's always been a fun, fast paced, friendly service and busy location like it is now and when it was decorated with Indian -Harley Davidson motorcycles 🏍️ propped all thru the restaurant (2016 and prior) this McDonald's has been a big deal to those who lived and still do live in the Windhover neighborhood along Kirkman. I think that this location is always tremendously busy bc of the location, right across the street from Universal Orlando and several hotels across from the restaurant along Kirkman road therefore it's always going to be at capacity and long lines to place orders and nowhere to park in the parking lot. It's a typical hangout for most local high schoolers (DPHS and Olympia HS) not to mention the kids who are visiting the city or theme parks that walk to the restaurant bc the hotel the family is likely staying at is a 5 minute walk in distance.

Came to this restaurant from out of town and was thoroughly impressed. The service was fast, correct and most importantly to me, FRIENDLY! After getting our food I overheard the team getting ripped by upper management, I understand the issues with decrease in sales etc, but this team did a fantastic job and deserves more credit than was given. Very special thank you to Queen, she handled our order and delivered our food with the BEST attitude and I am very thankful.
