Their platters, rice, tabouleh, hummus, the amazing pita chips, the garlic sauce,.. everything is always chefs kiss! Desserts transport me to Lebanon! 10/10
Recommend. Even for hours after receiving it (including their seasoned (got nothing on mcd's) fries.)
Portions are LARGE even for 2 people. Literally tastes better the second day when heated up.
The attention to detail is absolutely amazing in every part of every dish! Served so clean and neatly organized the OCD in me is very very happy and my belly is VERY satisfied with this HIGH VIBE, MADE WITH LOVE IN EVERY BITE, DELICIOUS FOOD!

This place is amazing! Every time I visit Orlando I stop by. The portions are very generous and everyone there is so nice and polite. One of the most welcoming places we have dined. Highly recommend.

We ordered mixed shawarma platter, the food was delicious. Very good flavor, fresh and made with love. All the sauces were authentic and salad freshly made as well. Even the pita bread and rice was better than I have tried elsewhere. Well priced. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely GREAT FOOD. My husband and I had the lentil soup and Chicken Souvlaki Platter. They were sooo tasty! They also had excellent customer service. This is definitely one of my new favourite new places. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Hands down best gyro in the Orlando area!! I’m originally from Chicago and have also lived in South Florida, this is the best gyro I’ve had in over 10 years! The guys inside were extremely friendly and even brought our food out to us at the table. I’m already craving that meal again!

I am blown away at the delicious meal we ordered. The grilled meats were cooked to perfection. This is better than any fancy Mediterranean restaurant I have ever been to.

Very good gyro! I thought the taziki sauce was right on the money. The pita had a little crisp to it which was great. The side falafel 5 piece really hit the spot as a starter too, with good presentation! I came here for lunch with a friend to hear about her new job with a ministry called Unto, and we were here for about 2.5 hours. The owner checked on us multiple times and seemed like a super nice guy. The platters looked absolutely massive. On a Saturday at lunch time I was surprised how much parking there was right up front, with a lot of parking right around back.

Small Mediterranean restaurant with FANTASTIC food, generous portions, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, with outdoor dining available. The "loaded bowl" is a great deal, with perfectly grilled chicken or gyro meat, tasty rice, a mix of greens, and savory sauce. I love the pita bread and hummus -- especially how warm and toasty the pita bread is when served. It's a bit of a drive for us down to Avalon Park, but definitely worth it.

First time at Avalon Pockets today and it was A M A Z I N G!! This is now our go to spot. We ordered the Lemon Chicken Rice Soup, Loaded Bowl w/gyro and chicken and a Mixed Gryo. The Lemon Chicken Rice soup is not your standard Greek Lemon Rice soup, this was seasoned to perfection and the prettiest brown color. I would go back just for this. The Bowl and Mixed Gyro was absolute perfection. Huge portions and a bite of meat in every bite.
The owners were very nice and accommodating.
We opted to dine outside and it was great for people watching and letting the kids run around.
We will be back!! ♥️
