We came here as it is close to the hotel we are staying at. The lady we were served by was very nice and kind, her name is Tehani. This was around 1pm on 26th Aug. She explained to us the meal options and pointed out what was pescatarian. My only downside is that they don’t have many seafood options.

My daughters and I come here too often to my liking, but the kids love it haha Won't lie, the food here is delicious and just sucks they took out the impossible orange chicken my daughter and I always ate (note we're both vegetarian). So we usually grab the fried rice and chow mein which is sufficient to satisfy our taste and appetite. Nonetheless, areas that need improvement is customer service. Acknowledge customers when they come in. If you know they'll be waiting a while, communicate with them (don't turn around and have minute long conversations with staff while they wait cluelessly as to what's going on). The indifference in the service industry can really mess someone's appetite and I've seen it here a few times....nothing out of the ordinary, but perhaps some training will be nice.

If there are Chinese folks either cooking here or eating here ,that means it's good. Franchises vary from location to location and I especially drive further for quality here. It's much better than the Lake Nona location. Hope they keep up the quality management at this branch and folks reading this ,please always leave review so that the most recent quality level is kept up to date with newer customers .

The Beyond orange chicken is new at the time of writing in 2022, and it is SO AMAZING. I couldn't wait to share how happy I was to have finally tried it. No worries about the food being served cold because they made this special dish to order, and it was glazed with a generous but not excessive amount of sauce. Biting into these plant based pieces of chicken had a really satisfying mouth feel. I ordered half fried rice and half "super greens" for my side, and then I became aware the broccoli also came with cooked, massaged kale. Everything about this meal just made me smile, especially because it was available at this location for the last day of my trip. The veggie eggrolls are excellent too. If you're interested in trying out more plant based protein sources, this is the food to try!
