Mcdonald's

This McDonald's stands out from the rest as an experimental concept restaurant. There are no traditional counters to take orders, nor are there any menu signs. The restaurant lacks a visible staff presence except for those who deliver the food to your table and maintain cleanliness. It operates entirely through digital systems, and I must say, I really appreciate this innovative approach. It's incredibly quiet and impeccably clean.

This location has a good size play place. That was nice for the kids to play. Play places are a rarity anymore. One weird thing, their app won't allow Mobile check out for happy meals. I completed the entire order but it wouldn't allow me finish ordering nor would it tell me why I couldn't. The manager knew and we got it fixed. Unfortunately, I had to do two separate orders to get the percent off through the app and it didn't apply for the happy meals. Also, I'm assuming because it has a play place, or that it's near Disney Springs etc., prices were 10% higher than off site locations. However, it was good for a McDonalds.

The cleanest, friendliest, and fastest service ive ever had at a McDonald's. Compared to my local ones that are completely trash. This one should be an example of how McDonald's should run a location. Using the kiosk my fod was delivered to my table. The staff checked on us twice asking if we needed anything, brought extra ketchup and even refilled drinks. Staff was also cleaning tables within 5 minutes of people leaving the table.
