I don't even live in Orlando but while I was visiting I had a Sausage egg & cheese biscuit meal with an ice cold milk to drink and it was AMAZING!!!
The staff were excellent. Great customer service personalities. The burgers were delicious and fries were just right.
Look, it’s a McDonald’s review in 2023 so obviously adjust your expectations - but this location has a ton going for it.
- brand new! At least for now it’s nice and shiny and clean and new!
- it’s got an indoor play place?!? That seems to be a unicorn these days but this location has it!
- plenty of parking and a double drive through. This location gets crazy busy but they do seem to get the line moving.
Big negative is no self-serve drink refills and you can only order at the kiosks unless you beg and convince someone you can only pay cash.
This McDonald's stands out from the rest as an experimental concept restaurant. There are no traditional counters to take orders, nor are there any menu signs. The restaurant lacks a visible staff presence except for those who deliver the food to your table and maintain cleanliness. It operates entirely through digital systems, and I must say, I really appreciate this innovative approach. It's incredibly quiet and impeccably clean.
I don't normally take the time to leave reviews unless a place is really good or really bad. In this case, it is very good. Exceptional cleanliness, attention as I have not witnessed in a long time in any fast food place in the city of Orlando.

Service was quick and efficient. Layout of the dining area was nice. The kids play area was well separated from the rest of the restaurant. The kids that were there were having a great time.
This location has a good size play place. That was nice for the kids to play. Play places are a rarity anymore. One weird thing, their app won't allow Mobile check out for happy meals. I completed the entire order but it wouldn't allow me finish ordering nor would it tell me why I couldn't. The manager knew and we got it fixed. Unfortunately, I had to do two separate orders to get the percent off through the app and it didn't apply for the happy meals. Also, I'm assuming because it has a play place, or that it's near Disney Springs etc., prices were 10% higher than off site locations. However, it was good for a McDonalds.
The cleanest, friendliest, and fastest service ive ever had at a McDonald's. Compared to my local ones that are completely trash. This one should be an example of how McDonald's should run a location. Using the kiosk my fod was delivered to my table. The staff checked on us twice asking if we needed anything, brought extra ketchup and even refilled drinks. Staff was also cleaning tables within 5 minutes of people leaving the table.
The Manager we awesome made sure everyone had what they needed! I hope one day we can go back and visit her! She is so sweet!
The food was perfect the hamburgers the fries so well condimented the drinks were perfect and the service was quick
Staff kept telling us to "hold on" at the drive thru lane for over 5 minutes while the other drive thru customers placed their orders with ease? We ended up pulling into a parking spot and ordered inside the restaurant. Not sure if staff was in training? No explanation provided?
Went at 11 o'clock and it had just switched to the lunch menu. They let us order a mixture of breakfast and lunch and it was all great and very quick. Would definitely recommend this spot. Friendly manager.
