This is my favorite fast food place in the Lake Nona area. Great flavors and portion size. My go to order is kale salad, sweet potato noodles, ginger broccoli, and lemon chicken (and no sauce). I wish they had Bolay in California!
For person vegans and person than like vegetarian is perfect. I love the drinks.
I couldn’t have expected a more pleasing dining experience. The weather was a perfect 79 degrees with a gentle breeze, which made eating outside amazing. Besides the weather and the inviting patio, the staff was cheerful and patiently explained how to use their app. Unfortunately, the initial $5 discount did not apply as the app said it would, so the kind and wonderful manager went out of her way to compensate me for the inconvenience, which left me as a customer with a very grateful and happy feeling. I will be back and highly recommend this Bolay location (Lake Nona).
Great food! But, you stand in line to order and carry yourself to the table, so not great atmosphere. However, we come here fairly often and bring friends. Good for vegetarians better for carnivores. Regular size will fill the average person. Hungry people should order the large.
The presentation is top notch but I wish the food quality was as good. Brussel sprouts were a bit tough for my taste and the sweet potato noodles are a little soggy, flavor was almost there but the plate felt unbalanced like it was a tad too salty. I would come back though to try a different dish.
I can't rave enough about Bolay! Healthy & delicious and the food is fresh every time.
Great value and food. Portions size are even better.
Didn’t try Bolay for years because the name threw me off. But tonight we went and I found Bolay means bold flavors and build your own “bols” (bowls).
I’ll definitely return for what I had: the new Salmon Bol (grilled salmon with pineapple habanero sauce on roasted Brussels sprouts, spinach almond mix, and cauliflower rice). Every element of my meal tasted fresh and packed a flavorful punch.
We came around 8:05 pm on Friday and one of the staff was mopping at the front door. He opened it and said, “Come on in,” assuring me they weren’t closing. The team taking and filling orders at the counter were also friendly. The music was fast paced American pop music. Patrons included a lot of skinny people in workout clothes and college age students at a table chatting. The space was brightly lit.
Parking here was very difficult to find. I noticed more than one bicyclist picking up a to go order which seemed a smart way to handle the parking. Lots of tables outside and inside.
Absolutely so yummy! One of my favorite places in Orlando!!! 100% recommend their bbq chicken or the teriyaki chicken, and also the sweet potato noodles. Food is always fresh, delicious and warm :) Best gluten free food I’ve had
My experiences have been good at this place.
The prices are reasonable: You can choose from either a smaller bowl which is like 9.99 to a larger bowl which is like about 13.00.
Good combinations to choose from for your bowls which include noodles, salads, rices, vegetables, various chickens, a salmon, steak, and, I believe tofu.
You can also add other toppings for extra and you have sauces which include herb pesto and spice thai.
In my last visit, I had a small bowl with " forbidden black rice", 2 vegetables, lemon chicken, and herb pesto sauce.
