JAIDEN changed my mind about five guys. I was always very on the fence about this place because I’d never eaten here. I recently started a job in the area, so I decided to walk in to see what was up. My cashier, JAIDEN made me fall in love with the restaurant.
I am very slow, but he guided me through navigating the menu and he taught me to love the magic that five guys is. I am lucky now that every time I come in I get to see him and that always makes my day. Also, AARON is an MVP, always eager to help. Like I’m telling you, these two young men are GOLD, and they deserve a raise.

Well-loved no-nonsense burger and fries chain. This location is in the heart of Baldwin Park. It is NOT meant to be fast food; everything is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait. Wonderful burgers! Fresh ingredients! Friendly staff! Minus one star for high prices (!!!) and less than tidy atmosphere.

The food is well prepared and is delicious. Be prepared they can be busy at times and you may have a wait. The staff is polite and friendly. If you order ahead have the option to have your french fries made before you arrive or when you arrive... Choose before and arrive on time. They make the french fries to order.... so... everyone in line before you gets their french fries first.
Not a complaint... just an observation / experience I've seen.

Food has always been good.
There's an occasional, random employee with a bad attitude but they usually don't last too long and are replaced with another one with a bad attitude.
But for the most part it's good service.

The burgers are great because they are comparatively low in sodium and work with my diet and are relatively healthy. The Folks who work here are super friendly and even know my order. I really appreciate them going the extra mile- way to go guys !
