Well-loved no-nonsense burger and fries chain. This location is in the heart of Baldwin Park. It is NOT meant to be fast food; everything is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait. Wonderful burgers! Fresh ingredients! Friendly staff! Minus one star for high prices (!!!) and less than tidy atmosphere.
There's been a recent remodel and it looks great! The food here has always been good, the staff are kind and helpful, and it's something different within Baldwin Park.
Chris was amazing! He was VERY helpful and had my order ready within only a few minutes. Will be returning!
First I have to admit that I'm addicted to Five Guys, I'm Five-guysaholic. So my review might be a little bias, This specific branch is the cleanest Five Guys I've ever been to, not that others are dirty, no, Five Guys has a standard, but this branch is by the far on a different level. If ice cream fell on the floor I might still eat it. No need to talk about the quality, cause it's outstanding. I've been to 5 Guys in 5 different countries around the world, and by far this is my favorite one. :)
The food is well prepared and is delicious. Be prepared they can be busy at times and you may have a wait. The staff is polite and friendly. If you order ahead have the option to have your french fries made before you arrive or when you arrive... Choose before and arrive on time. They make the french fries to order.... so... everyone in line before you gets their french fries first.
Not a complaint... just an observation / experience I've seen.

The burgers are great because they are comparatively low in sodium and work with my diet and are relatively healthy. The Folks who work here are super friendly and even know my order. I really appreciate them going the extra mile- way to go guys !
JAIDEN changed my mind about five guys. I was always very on the fence about this place because I’d never eaten here. I recently started a job in the area, so I decided to walk in to see what was up. My cashier, JAIDEN made me fall in love with the restaurant.
I am very slow, but he guided me through navigating the menu and he taught me to love the magic that five guys is. I am lucky now that every time I come in I get to see him and that always makes my day. Also, AARON is an MVP, always eager to help. Like I’m telling you, these two young men are GOLD, and they deserve a raise.
Also the peanuts are dope.
Who doesn't love a great burger. Love 5 guys!
Food has always been good.
There's an occasional, random employee with a bad attitude but they usually don't last too long and are replaced with another one with a bad attitude.
But for the most part it's good service.
Forget about the hamburgers and fries you've ever eaten, real meat and fried potatoes in peanut oil will leave a taste in your mouth that you will never forget.
