Wonderful food and friendly staff.
Dueling queso was great! We also had steak and carnitas tacos with the cheesy shell upgrade and Steak chimi wet. Finished the night with Cookie dough Flautas and churro bites. The strawberry sauce was super! The salsa bar was neat. The only thing we found weird was the floors were really really slippery but there was no water. Becareful!
Great service, good music, cool atmosphere, and tasty food. The new wings as other user noted need more time on the fryer. Stick with their other menu options.
I enjoy the food here and the service is good. Only negative is that on every occasion I've eaten here in the last month (3 times) the food has not been up to the minimum holding temperature which is 140°
I decided to say something this time to a young server who was very gracious and took my concern to the manager in back. He returned with the managers answer that if the food is cold they will reheat it. I stated the the minimum standard is a health department mandate. Standards are there for a reason. Manager never came out to address the issue. I guess a few cases of food poisoning might get the health department out for an inspection. I will file a complaint this week with the appropriate agency.
The deals are pretty good, check each location for what items. Taco Tuesday is the best. Plenty of sauces to choose from depending on your tolerance for the heat factor. Names for success are pretty funny. I only put a 4 on the food just because at this location, was kinda cold. But, we'll still go to Tijuana Flats.
Surprisingly this was my first real visit to a Tijuana Flats location! The staff was extremely helpful, polite, attentive, and energetic! The ordering process was quick, food prepared fast, and it tasted wonderful! Very much looking forward to my next visit!!!
Awesome Taco Tuesday. Got mine grilled with a sweet tea and some tasty queso and chips. Can’t beat the hot sauce bar too!
Tex-Mex restaurant at it’s best!
Staff was great. The gauc lacked flavour and the salsa was ice cold with hot chips (not a nice combo). Also the onion had no flavour which was a bummer because it makes the flautas pop. It tasted like one that had been cut and put in the fridge for a few days.
We really enjoyed this place. Today I tried something different and wasn't happy with it and the manager made me something different. He brought it out with a smile on his face. That is the kind of customer service that you need! And it's a little expensive so we don't eat here very often. But when we do it is always great.
It's been a while, but I'm back and ready to eat! I love this place❤
Favorite Tijuana flats location. Meals have never been messed up. Meals are always fresh, including the chips. The employees are pleasant and appear to work hard. Excellent management is being done at this location.
