We came here during our trip to Universal Studios. The staff were so attentive and nice. The food was everything we could’ve imagined. A great change of pace from amusement park food and for a decent price. WARNING. If you’re thinking about getting the spicy broth I suggest you like the “super spicy” option at other restaurants. The spicy soup is great but make sure you’re capable of handling the heat or stay out of the kitchen.

Beautiful. Looks may be deceiving but don’t let the outside fool you. Staff is one of the kindest and most accommodating I’ve met in a while. I have bad anxiety yet they were so nice that even I could speak to them without fear. So many options, vegetarian, diet friendly, pescatarian, and more. I need to see this place with the amount of visitors it deserves.

I love, love , love this place! I’ve tried three different broths and they are all great. They also have an extensively condiment bar to make that perfect dipping sauce, along with many different kinds of meats and vegetables. I live an hour and I half away and find any excuse to get there. There service is also great!

After a few days worth of exploring, and showers started to role in. A nice warm bowl of soup hit the spot. Close to universal studios, vegetables, meats and seafood were fresh.

Nine Spices Hotpot in Orlando exceeded all expectations! The dining experience was interactive and engaging – choosing from a wide array of fresh ingredients to cook in flavorful broths right at your table. The staff was attentive and helpful, guiding us through the process with a smile. The taste was beyond amazing – a true explosion of flavors in every bite. From the variety of meats and vegetables to the diverse range of sauces, there's something to satisfy every palate. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a gathering of friends or family. The attention to detail in both the ingredients and the overall presentation was impressive. It's a dining experience that's not only delicious but also memorable. Nine Spices Hotpot is a culinary gem in Orlando, and I can't wait to return to savor the delightful hotpot once again. 🍲🔥

Great hot pot spot with friendly staff and a vast food variety for all-you-can-eat for $29. Unfortunately no vegetarian broth, but they mixed the herbs and mushrooms with hot water for us. We then let vegetables boil in for 20+ min and it became a tasty broth. Many many vegetarian options to boil.

My favorite hot pot spot in Orlando. Personally know them and they are amazing people. Very clean, kitchen is spotless and the food is amazing. I’m a fan of traditional and simple options, most hot pots are mixing with Korean bbq and sushi, which is great, but is nice to have an authentic place that keep it to what they do best: HOT POT! Doesn’t matter if is hot, cold, sunny or rainy, is always good to have a hot pot! Only downside is that it gets pretty busy, so make sure you call for reservation or arrive early, otherwise you will have a pretty significant wait time… but I mean, that only really means the place is good, otherwise it won’t be crowded 🙃

I kept hearing about this place being some of the best hot pot in the area! I was led to the right place for sure. Smaller restaurant than I thought it was. Came in and was welcomed immediately. Took a moment for my party to show up so I waited and looked at the menu. They have great options. Very diverse and plentiful. It's a conveyor belt style hot pot place. We all got the Bone broth soup. (very good) Large portions of brisket and veggies. Their sauce bar was a little small but it was very clean and neat. I usually make my own sauce for hot pot...but I actually decided to try their "House" sauce. Fantastic. Salty. Savory. Slightly spicy. It was perfect. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Even the bussers were very friendly and we had a fussy baby with us and everyone was still very kind and attentive to all our needs. Their drinks all looked very good but the one our friends mom got was VERY sweet. Not sure if the sweetness level is adjustable so if you don't love super sweet maybe ask them about adjustments for their teas and bobas. Overall. Very solid hot pot. I really enjoyed coming here.

This is the best hot pot in the area. My friends and I stopped by on a busy weekday. All of the seats were full and luckily we were seated under 5 minutes even with reservations. The location is about 30 minutes from Orlando, but well worth it. They don't offer Tom Yum as a broth but they have it as a sauce and if you ask your waiter like we did. They'll be able to get a little mix together for you that comes close. My friends and I enjoyed the original pork, spicy soup and herbal soup soup bases. The broths are rich in flavor and the original pork is a best seller for a reason. They serve food on a conveyor belt and you can order through your waiter as well. The beef tripe, lamb brisket and pork belly were delicious. The Shanghai noodles here were perfect as well. Thinly cut noodles that cook really quickly. They were chewy and had great texture. So good I had about 3 orders of them. The produce is really fresh and if you love mushrooms like I do they have everything. I really enjoyed my dining experience here. Our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He wanted us to try some of their speciality seafood items and kept bringing them out. The sauce station is really clean. Nine Spices specifically this location is great for families or large groups. We all agreed this was the best meal of our trip.
