I came here on 11/02 the girls in the drive thru made my coffee and food perfectly. I usually don’t go to Dunkin as much because sometimes my drink tastes bad but here the girls did amazing best coffeee I had from Dunkin 10/10
Always do mobile pick up. The ladies are always friendly and nice at the window. Definitely a busy plaza fill with other restaurants. But this is my go to location!

Great customer service specially from Maxime and Doe who were amazing. They didn’t have any donuts with sprinkles left and they could have just sold what they had but Maxime offered to add sprinkles to two donuts just to make my kids happy and Doe took the payment with great energy. Thank you!

I go here for my daily coffee all the time. They are very kind and good at making your drinks and food. I've tried other local Dunkin Donuts and had issues with consistency or just taking ages to make your order, but this one is right on the money.
Taylor always hooks it up with the ice coffees! She’s very sweet too. I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location. All the employees are super polite and really nice! Food and beverages are always on point . Been coming here for the longest, best Dunkin Donuts in Orlando 😘😘🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Love Dunkin, but the workers seem to either have attitude or seem burnt out. I get it that sometimes people have bad days, but it's been twice in a row where I come in and it's gloomy. Not to mention the croissant wasn't ready/available x_x.
