I came here on 11/02 the girls in the drive thru made my coffee and food perfectly. I usually don’t go to Dunkin as much because sometimes my drink tastes bad but here the girls did amazing best coffeee I had from Dunkin 10/10

Always do mobile pick up. The ladies are always friendly and nice at the window. Definitely a busy plaza fill with other restaurants. But this is my go to location!

There are a lot of dunkins in the state of Florida but this one has stood out in the best ways. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the smiling faces at the front, and although the drive thru was busy as it always is at 8 in the morning the only chaos was coming outside the window at the customers waiting for their joe. Christina took my order and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The food was great and HOT just like you would want. You can tell the store is very well managed and while I was there can also tell they are getting a little face lift. So if you are coming to dunkin and you're in Orlando. Find this one and say hello.

Great customer service specially from Maxime and Doe who were amazing. They didn’t have any donuts with sprinkles left and they could have just sold what they had but Maxime offered to add sprinkles to two donuts just to make my kids happy and Doe took the payment with great energy. Thank you!

With the happenings of the past few years the 4 DD's I have to choose from have not been up to par. But the furthest from me I can always count on, when I have business in that area. The girls who take your order and fix your order at the drive up are so pleasant and accommodating. And management has taken the time to post a sign about being short-handed. Well bravo girls again this morning you handled it well. Thank you for a true Good Morning experience!

Love Dunkin, but the workers seem to either have attitude or seem burnt out. I get it that sometimes people have bad days, but it's been twice in a row where I come in and it's gloomy. Not to mention the croissant wasn't ready/available x_x.

I go here for my daily coffee all the time. They are very kind and good at making your drinks and food. I've tried other local Dunkin Donuts and had issues with consistency or just taking ages to make your order, but this one is right on the money.
