Purchased a frozen hot chocolate and received amazing service from Kristen She was very nice especially with me coming in 2 minutes before close She made an amazing drink with a great attitude.

The manager here needs to be fired. I asked for a large charlie with oatmilk, and he got smart with me and said he didn't know what I ordered. This guy is always giving me problems, I have ordered this drink for the last 2 months, and nobody in that store has said anything or been rude, but the GM. I called corporate, and they told me that everything he has said is a lie! Then he threatened to call the cops when I told him I wasn't going to leave until I spoke to his boss. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER DUNKIN AND I HAVE PhOTOS OF THE DRINK THAT HE SAYS THEY CANT MAKE.Its even on the reciept ( Update : Two new managers later, bith have done really well as far as training and customer service goes. Orders are coming out right. They are never rude, and the only issue I can see as of right now is lack of staffing, most likely due to the lack of decent pay for the hard workers they do find. Overall, it is great in comparison to what it was before.)
Update: I watched the manager add water to my cold brew. Scanners for points haven't worked in 2 weeks, and the male cashier who rang me up was rude when he informed me of the scanner not working.

Update 3: drinks are not filled up all the way and the new manager is god awful. Bad to her employees and even worse to customers. Its like we inconvenience her. Called corporate, waiting on owner contact. For years ive spent at least 6$ a day at this god forsaken place and its getting tiresome with the regime changes. Find someone good and leave them in there. Times on drive thru will not always be perfect. Id rather have good service then super fast service from someone rude.

I absolutely love Dunkin! Yet ever since this one got remodeled, there's almost a whole new staff, who seems like they don't know what they are doing or what's going on. Service times are HIGH and i understand that happens when its reopened but from what i hear the workers talking about in the background its a hot mess. Registers arnt assigned properly to workers so drive thru orders that are being paid cash have to be cashed out from a register upfront like SMH. And idk why evertime i place a mobile order theres always an item missing, weather it be food or coffee and that's annoying.
Love the products but the service needs tightening up cause waiting in the drive thru line 18mins with only 1 car infront of me is a bit much.

I would consider myself to be a “regular” at this DD location. I always have the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan. Jonathan is almost always the one to take my order at the drive thru and it’s the small details about my order that he remembers that prompt me to write the review. I’m one of the hundreds of people he deals with on a regular day basis but the fact that he pays attention to such small details really awe me, so thank you Jonathan; I appreciate you :)
