Breakfast was done before the outlet opened- waited a bit, but lovely, ordered on the screen, take a number and table service - not sure about the breakfast sausage with cheese between cinnamon pancakes( not a bun) but plenty of choice/ menu 👍

I'm not sure why there's a poor rating. I came here in the morning, and the night Manager, Eve, was kind, courteous, and generous with excellent service. When McDonald's was founded these are the principals they intended team members to possess great team.

Did a to go order at the kiosk inside around 1am. The inside and drive thru were packed surprisingly. Even with the rush of people I didn't wait long for my order and the order was correct and up to standard. Overall my experience was exactly what I want from a McDonald's.

It's ok the only thing was I didn't like that no one was around to help people if they don't know how to order on the machine.
They no longer take orders at the front. You place your own orders.

I'm never disappointed when I come to this location. The food is always hot, and even though I had to remind them my food was sitting on the counter when they brought everyone else's, they were fast and responsive. It's a little chaotic in there because of the rush, and things are taking a bit longer, but the short staff crew they had delivered a hot meal. You guys rock!

This location has the friendliest staff that I've ever seen at ANY fast food restaurant!!! I can only speak for the AM crew, I've never been for anything other than breakfast. But when I do I will definitely edit my review 😁. Also this location is VERY CLEAN. The ladies restroom was spotless, the tables as well as chairs/booths were also spotless! VERY IMPRESSED with this location.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to anyone wanting to feel appreciated and human!

You have chosen a great manager, the employees are good accordingly, but in some of our stores, when I ask for sauce, they ask for an additional fee. This is wrong, for example, I buy 6 hamburgers and I want 6 Buffalo sauces, they charge additional fee, they give the sauces if I buy them one by one. Your store next to orlando premium outlet is amazing, thank you.
