Dunkin'

This location made the best Avocado Toast I’ve had at any Dunkin Donuts, and the tea and egg sandwich were delicious BUT the best and most refreshing part of this visit was the customer service. So many businesses today are lacking in customer service and make the shopping experience unbearable, including most Dunkin Donuts, however, this store today had the most friendly and professional young lady taking orders. Her name was Britney. She needs to be cloned. She should be the Regional Director of all the Dunkin Donuts and should train all the employees on customer service. She was a breath of fresh air and made our experience so wonderful. She really brightened our day, fulfilled our taste buds with good food and quenched our thirst with an amazing Matcha Tea! Move over Starbucks!

I came into this dunkin after being disappointed so my times by my usual local dunkin and I have to say only 1 guy up front was working but he was so quick and efficient he was able to help all of us in the lobby quickly and still do the drive Thru tried to see his name tag but it was kinda faded I think his name was Louis either way give him a raise je is quick and efficient and deserves more money it's hard to find good dunkin employees now. I will be back because of him

Indian woman at the counter seems like she was lost. I understand being a new employee though and still trying to learn, The Manager ( I didn't get her name ) but she was a thick African American women. She seemed Lovely and was quick. All in all My coffee came out perfect and the customer service was okay. Would have said Perfect but it took me a few minutes because I had to keep reminding the girl about my other coffee that she forget to give me from the get.
