Came here to enjoy a birthday celebration. I love this place and this concept and would LOVE to see more places like this. If you plan to make it a long stay it can become pricy but it is so worth it to keep this place in business. We got the kings hand sandwich which was a peanut butter turkey burger, the beer cheese tots and pretzels, a dice roll cider and their homemade beer fleet. We stayed for a few hours and had a great night.

Love it! The food and drinks are good and they have so many games which are very well organized and in good shape, and a great selection! You can go to eat and drink or just play the games. The table rental is $5 a person and that lets you play all the games you want. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful as we were a little confused by the process. We can’t wait to go again!

This spot is so great. You grab a table, scan the QR code on the napkin holder, order your game pass, food, and drinks, and you're good to go! The staff here is so cool and nice. They have a lot of games, ranging from RPG style or more casual party games. I had a pretty bangin' flatbread and the Hogsmeade drink was super good. This is a new spot for sure.

This place is cool if you love board games. It’s $5 to play games here. You can also order food. You can only order food online there are no waiters. That can be kind of frustrating but the workers were helpful. The food was really good.

Years ago my husband and I (friends back then) went to Cloak & Blaster when they were located on Woodbury. We cherish that night as that wound up being the night we decided to start dating. We recently celebrated being married for two years at the new location near UCF. The day of, I emailed the owner to ask about creating a welcoming sign on the table with me and my husbands nickname to surprise him. Although they don’t reserve tables, the owner made a special accommodation for us! He ensured that an employee will take care of it upon arrival. The staff created a welcome sign and placed candles on the table. And we even were gifted a chocolate cake to celebrate! 🖤 Once again, we had a blast playing their board games (LOTS AND LOTS OF GAMES AVAIL FROM NEW TO THROWBACKS!). The customer service was amazing as we were greeted with smiles and info about the new location. If you’re looking for something to do for date night or with friends, this is a cool spot to meet people and eat tasty food, with employees who are kind, thoughtful, and funny! Special thanks to Gabi and another persons name that I can’t remember! (Short black hair with glasses) We’ll be back!

Was visiting town for a few days and came here looking to kill time with board games. My brother and I had such a blast trying out new games and eating some delicious food. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive. And if you don't like that they have a system where you can indicate you don't want to be disturbed which is perfect for introverts like me :) the food was absolutely delicious and more than reasonably priced. We stayed for three hours playing games and eating fantastic food. The only thing that could be better is a wider selection of cocktails (I'm not a whiskey person) but that's on me because I assumed it would be a full bar. I highly recommend giving this place a try! They also had vegan and gluten free options!

LGBT friendly. Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Owner is active and present, which is a good thing to see. I like the atmosphere, it's not too rowdy which makes the bar more approachable for me or other more introverted people. Plenty of activity in the board gaming area usually. Most active Fridays and Saturdays, otherwise very chill and relaxing. Fairly close to the research park and ucf, so it's a fairly young crowd but plenty of middle aged people as well. I like the pretzels and beer cheese.

It warms my shriveled geek heart to see a place like this. I was in town alone for work and happy to just have drinks and chat for a bit. The staff and drinks were all great with plenty of interesting crafts and cocktails. There was a color-changing special for the release of Tears of the Kingdom and I still have 19 more surprises to check out on the Roll for Initiative if I’m lucky… They even have LFG markers for solo folks and “Do not Disturb” markers for getting lost in the game, so it’s sort of like a Brazilian steakhouse for tabletop geeks. I’ll definitely be back with my Switch or on another trip when we need team-building via backstabbing board games.

Unique and fun taven! Awesome drinks and food, wide variety of cool board games. Great spot to hang out with friends, play a game, have some drinks and food and just hang out. Staff was amazing and very friendly! As a fan of Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, I love the decor.
