Five Guys

I don’t really care about workers giving “attitude” since this was the best Five guys I had in a while. The fries were fresh, thick, and salted well. Also they did the thing where they scooped a second serving of fries into your bag and a lot of it. I burger tasted like was I was gonna die of heart attack but at least die happy. Place was clean. I know where to come back when I crave five guys again.

Not bad. Took longer than the average Five Guys too get my order, but it was as delicious as expected. The only disappointment was the absent milkshake machine... I really wish there were some way to know if a particular site has a milkshake machine before physically standing in front of the counter.

Great burgers and fries - you can get so many toppings on and the buns are buttery deliciousness! They use peanut oil to fry their potatoes. Get their fries Cajun style ( the seasoning is soooo good). Their fry servings are pretty generous too. No shakes at this location which is disappointing because their shakes are good. The staff are always so friendly and the store itself is kept up very well. Clean and they have an outdoor patio.

Rode my bike 2 miles to get a hamburger 2 patties with onion and tomatoes got home to find 2 plain patties . Was very dissatisfied for 12.34 with fries they should be able to get it right . All the cooks have to do is look at the receipt . I have been there 3 times prior with no problems but will never go back again . You shouldn't have to unwrap and check out your order at least not for 12.34 . I am through with 5 guys MacDonald's and Wendy's are right there . And for half the cost with a drink . In my opinion it's not worth the let down to spend that much for people that don't care about it's customers . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Update went back had a good correct meal (I checked it before I left all was good) can't argue with getting what your order placed come to you right those burgers and fries are tops . The best Five Guys around, even without the milkshakes. Fast and delicious. Burgers are always juicy and perfectly seasoned. Fries are always served in child size portions which who doesn't love, especially when they're Five Guys' fries. Hands down the best customer service and manager around. Ms. Green went above and beyond to accommodate my error. I ordered and paid online for a pickup order at this Orange Ave location. I then brain farted and in a hurry went to the Baldwin Park location to pickup an order that didn't exist there. So I ordered and paid again. Otw home my love and I realized we needed to contact this Five Guys. We spoke to the General Manager who kindly and patiently said we could come by the next day which we just did. She was and is so understanding and great at her job. Food is fresh and delicious as always. Thanks so much Ms. Green and Orange Ave Five Guys team!
