Burger King

I have not been to this BK in a very long time due to its customer service being very poor, if any. Took a chance again, and what a difference! The manager, Jensen Torres, came right up to the register to take my order. He listened very carefully to what was being ordered. I informed him of my allergies, Celiac disease, and while he did not know what that was, his desire to learn and understand it was appreciated and commendable. He promptly informed his crew about the special request and to do their best not to cross contaminate. They jumped right on it, and before you know it, the food was ready. I watched as he walked around the lobby, asking guests if everything was going well. Part of his team was doing the same. I enjoy BK burgers but had to stop going because many of their restaurants had poor CS. Looks like Mr. Jensen Torres is changing that. If you have not been here in a while, perhaps give Jensen and his team a shot. You may be pleasantly enjoying your time there.

There were some server issues with the app and my coupon code and the staff still helped me out in getting my order at a great price! Very often you will just be told “sorry” but these guys actually helped me out. I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought it was great customer service! It’s also nice as a Latino to see such a Latino staff. Will be back whenever I’m in the area.

The service is faster than the McDonald’s across the street. The food is also a lot better tasting and the staff always makes sure that everything is to my liking! I come here usually if I’m running late for anything and they’ve never taken up more than a single minute! They also never skimp out on anything on their menu making everything taste as good as possible and very filling!

This was most definitely the best and cleanest burger king I have ever been to! Really well managed with very friendly and helpful staff! The food was warm and perfectly cooked, we got our food in less then 2 minutes. The staff also asked if they could help get the food to our table and then on the way out they held the door open for us. I really enjoyed coming to this burger king and will be coming back soon!
