Del Taco

This Del Taco is ultra top notch. Jen was so friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to make our lunch perfect. The food was perfect as always. The dining room was sparkling clean. I lived in Phoenix for 12 years and I can say with confidence this Del Taco puts every single one in Phoenix to shame. Skip Taco Bell when you’re in Orlando and come to this Del Taco instead - you won’t regret it.

I have had Del Taco one other time in my life and that was over 15 years ago. I pulled up at 10pm to a dead parking lot looking for a seasonal shake and without missing a beat my order was accepted. As I pulled to the window, I realized I was the only person asking for said specialty item and the gentleman was loading up the shake machine just for me. What service! My family really appreciated him taking the time to load up the machine for us. We sat at the window undisturbed until they were ready. 10/10 will visit again.

My only regret is not visiting a Del Taco sooner. Always been at the competitor until the price hikes/service went downhill. I tried Del Taco not expecting much, I was honestly expecting worst service than Taco Bell but at least at a cheaper price. I have told all of my friends, family, coworkers (I work at a nearby theme park) to come to this Del Taco so it can never leave!! I have NEVER gotten a wrong order nor ever gotten a rude employee. It does not matter who is working, ALL of the employees are so kind that it still shocks me how a fast food restaurant can have such kind employees at any given time (even at night) and it be genuine. I don’t know how this location specifically keeps everyone so happy but they are doing something right!! Even if there’s a long line this Del Taco gets your order done asap and correctly. Please open more locations and never change <3

The general manager was there and he was very nice. The tacos was plentiful and full of meat and cheese!!! Better than Taco Bell, where the meat doesn't look like meat(🤮). However, at Del Taco the meat was half of the taco, taco shell was hot and crispy and cheese shredded to perfection not store bought! After the taco dinner, we had, my husband went to purchase 2 milkshakes, but the General Manager at this location BLESSED US, with 2 free shakes because it was the General Manager birthday 🎂. Happy birthday, I apologize for forgetting your name but you know who you are. My your business and your wishes FLOURISHES PLENTIFUL AND BOUNTIFUL! GOD BLESS!
