Buffalo Wild Wings

I happened to be in town for a steelers game, and didn't realize that this BW3 is the home of the central Florida fan club. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and a generous non-profit to boot. The restaurant itself was clean, with EXCELLENT customer service and good food. Nice place, I look forward to returning.

We came here instead of the other buffalo wild wings up idrive because of parking issues. We should've just stated over there because service here was average. The server we had was awesome though. Alexa was prompt to our table and brought everything in reasonable time. But the sour taste came from the hostess, she tended to a group in front of us and then ignored us to tend to her phone. I literally had to loudly clear my throat to get her attention. Like ma'am you're getting paid to help customers not be on your phone. The food was brought out fast, my only complaint is the wings in our sampler were cold. That didn't even bother me that much like the hostess being unprofessional tbh.

We were a party of three and ordered traditional wings on Tuesday, BOGO, potato fries and onion rings, and paired with Blue Island cocktails and Strawberry Lemonade. Good Part: Wings, Potato Fries and onion tasted delicious. Not so good part: Since it was happy hours, as recommended by the waitress, Blue Island was in deal so we went for it, but it was full of ice cubes and a just a “untastable” touch of alcohol. It tasted like normal drink. Overall, experience was good and will visit again.!

Came in upset that the last bar call for an alcoholic drink ended at 12:20am per a short waitress with long black hair that looks like Pocahontas. Sorry i didn’t get her name. I was feeling down but ended up with the best service from my waiter named Anthony. He has a great personality and made me feel at ease. He is great with people and that goes a long way. Thanks Anthony!!!
