Black Rooster Taqueria

Been here maybe 30 times in the past few years. The food is so good and straight forward. I’m finally writing a review because there’s one employee in particular that radiated my whole day from being so kind and genuine to me. Her name is Audrey and she made my experience delightful. It’s employees like that, that are hard to find. And I’m thankful for the interaction with them. My must haves with this place is 1. Agua Fresca (it changes daily) that’s the best part because I won’t know what flavor until I get there. 2. Crispy fish taco. Hands down the best one on the menu. Thank you Audrey. 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Came into the most vibey, calm, street market taco place, and greated with a warm hello. I got the black rooster asada and Carne asada, They are hands down my favorite! The hibiscus tea is refreshing and hits the spot to wash down these delicious hand crafted treasures! Definitely a must try and a rare find!! Thanks for being open during the storm!

There are quite a few great taco places all in this area of Orlando, and to be honest, you’d be happy with many of them, but I still think Black Rooster Taqueria is one of the best options. It’s pretty expensive all things considered, but the flavor is all the way there with their tacos! They have an excellent selection of beef, pork, fish, and chicken tacos. They specialize in elevated tacos that are better and more unique than traditional street tacos! Alongside their tacos, they have an awesome drink selection (even making their own unique coffee as well), quite a few sides, and other entree options other than tacos. However, if you’re coming here for the first time, please do try their tacos - that’s what’s best. I’ve yet to have a bad one, and some of my favorites include their shrimp and chorizo taco, black rooster asada taco, crispy fish taco, and pork fat taco! Pick a few (4 is probably good per person), maybe get some guacamole for the table if you’re wanting an additional item, and you have the perfect meal right there! You don’t have to wait very long and the flavor is always consistent here. There are many gluten-free options by the way!! Great place - we will continue to visit for more good food!
