Staff was very attentive and very polite and very tolerant of our group. The waitress made it a very pleasant experience in Brighton the mood up of the group. It was just what we needed. The chef made the best food I've had at IHOP in a long time.

WOW! I went to pick up an online order in Thanksgiving night and this team was hustling! The place was full, and people were queued up to get a seat, and my order was perfect - good food, and right on time. To the management: Give the Thanksgiving Night crew a bonus for working the holiday and doing an excellent job!!

I very much enjoyed my visit to this IHOP, The food was very good and the service was good. I also felt like the prices were reasonable except, the OJ and coffee seemed expensive but the food prices were great. A tasty and very good breakfast.

A classic American chain, this IHop is much like any other. The venue is well air conditioned and they have lots of seating (in a booth style!). We got seats fairly quickly, although we did not come at a particularly packed hour.
We ordered breakfast foods, and while the service was a little slow, I think the waitress was kind. Overall, the food quality was standard for an IHOP - it was yummy but nothing super special. Their pancakes are fluffy, the crepes are well sauced and their eggs are cooked nicely! I would recommend if you're quite hungry since the portions are quite large!

My party and I were seated quickly which is a plus. Unfortunately, the assigned waitress served another table that arrived 15 minutes after my party. Which was very unfair to us. This error was brought to the waitress attention immediately. Thereafter the waitress approached my party unprofessionally & with an attitude. Again, unfairness to us. At this point, there was NO way my party & I would accept any service from this waitress. Made me & my party felt extremely disrespected on the highest level. Never have I experienced such an awful experience at the IHOP establishment.
Lastly, the day was saved by Frontline manager Omega. Thank God for her professionalism and kind words to us later all right and said it's straight and she way above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel wanted and accepted.

Ihop is always our first place for breakfast when in orlando and it's also the last place we go before we go home. Nobody else does pancakes like Ihop.

Pretty good spot and I could see the waitress adding the sauce and design of it to my pancakes as they were coming out which was cool to see. I enjoyed it for breakfast before heading back on my flight.

nice for breakfast food at any time of the day- literally any time since it’s open 24/7. the service is a little slow, even when they’re pretty empty. staff is nice and friendly but a little forgetful. food options are pretty food, there’s a good variety of sweet and savory foods, both at affordable prices.
