A bit pricey but very good quality. Very attentive service. Perfectly poached egg, real espresso machine, veggie sausage option.

Conveniently located right in the Hyatt Regency, it is connected to the Hyatt convention centre and is walking distance from the orange county convention centre as well. Their food is delicious - I am partial to the grilled cheese sandwich. The portions are regular size and the sodas/drinks are unlimited. They have some nice desserts as well - I love the key lime cheesecake.

I am here every summer for the Zumba Instructor Convention and the staff is always great with us. Great music and service despite the chaos we create. Kenton has been my server twice and he is THE BEST! Very professional, funny, and very kind. Anyone who gets him as a server will be so lucky! I look forward to seeing him next time!

Ate here three times during our stay. Two times for lunch and the third time for breakfast. Would recommend the mahi-mahi with mashed potatoes if it’s on the menu. It was the special of the day on one of the days we stayed and it was amazingly delicious and sweet. Breakfast with your typical breakfast. I was not a fan of the salad that came with my meal as a side option instead of fries on the first day but I love your salad option that came with my meal the second day. Definitely, I prefer place to eat at out of all the restaurants in a hotel

Our teenagers loved the adult mac and cheese meal, alongside our toddler enjoying the grilled cheese sandwich. I did also enjoy their caramel cappuccino. The lady that sat us was very rude when I tried to explain to her we needed a larger table when she tried to sit us at a small table when we told her that we have a party of 8 not 6 as she was trying to sit us as but the overall the Server was exceptionally attentive after that.

Can only speak for breakfast but food was plentiful and tasty. Service at first was good but couldn't get refills on coffee or diet drink because the waiter thought we said more toast. Strange.

I went here for breakfast and a lunch while staying at the hotel. I thought it was quite pricey, and it gets very busy because the hotel does not provide a breakfast so a lot of people come down here in the morning to eat. The egg and bacon sandwich was a pretty good deal for breakfast and it was very large and hearty, the hash browns were also really good. Mo was very friendly, but some of the other staff were not doing a great job of hiding the fact that they would rather be somewhere else.

While staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando for a conference, I ate at B-Line Diner with a friend. We were starving and it was late, and B-Line was almost the only place open at the hotel that we could get something filling. We both had the omelet that comes with roasted potatoes and toast. The omelet is very filling and is stuffed with the 3 items you choose from a decent assortment. B-Line is located in the hotel but built like it could be a stand-alone building with tables alongside windows that have planters outside. The desserts were yummy as well. I highly recommend their lemon blueberry cake.

Exquisite selection of all American favorites but in a fancy way and great quality and quantity. We tried latte and cappuccino and overnight oats. Coffees were full flavored and excellent foam. The over night oats were amazing!!! Delicious soft with blueberries almonds toasted coconut and honey!! Conley would have like more blueberries and more almonds in it but was really delicious and large quantity. Ruben was very tasty and their omelettes are great.

The dinner is located inside the Hyett Regency hotel. The staff is really friendly and the dinner is open quite late, which comes in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite after a long day. Contrary to my expectations of a hotel dinner the food is actually really nice and tasty. I recommend. My favorite dishes are their lettuce shrimp tacos, Reese's pie, and mac and cheese.
