Paul was our server and he was great. I had pappardelle funghi and my bf had the bolognese. The calamari with shrimp and vegetables were delish as an appetizer. We also enjoyed the cheese and prosciutto appetizer. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful dinner at Bice, we accessed the hotel via the city walk by boat and the view when we arrived was beautiful! Upon arriving we were very well received by the staffs and our waiter was all the time friendly and suggested us the dishes of the house! My choice was the pappardelle funghi that was amazing! All the portions were well served and we were very satisfied, definitely come back again!
Delicious food. Great service. This is a very nice place, but it's not a place to go to after you've been at Universal all day. We walked in with our T-shirts and shorts and felt way out of place.
Service and food was absolutely to die for! Our waiter was so sweet and served us a flan for our anniversary dessert! Not to mention, the view of the river from the restaurant was amazing vibes!
Delicious food. Service was great. Felt like we were sitting in an Italian piazza! $$$. We were staying in Sapphire Falls Resort but love that all of Universal is open to guests by boat and you don't need cab, car, or bus. You can even walk the path next to the water if you're that adventurous!
Absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to celebrate my daughter's birthday. So many delicious things on the menu and I only wish we could have gone back while on vacation. Service was great, atmosphere was wonderful, and food was absolutely delicious.
Went here to celebrate our engagement and it fell nothing short of excellent. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so calming. Our servers suggestions were spot on.The service was great and it seems like they brought out the food at just the right moment. I would come back as often as I could to try everything else on the menu. It was amazing.

Brilliant dinner with my family to celerate as we arrived at a universal resort. We came here because of the reviews and this place delivered. Our server was incredibly friendly, ready to help at the drop of a hat and extremely attentive throughout the entire meal.
The restaurant itself was well appointed and had some gorgeous views of the water and resort.
The food was fresh and delicious. We had read that all the pasta was freshly made and all of it certainly tasted like it. After a lifetime of eating lasagna at different restaurants this was the best I've ever had in my life.
If you enjoy italian food and you find yourself in Orlando I would highly recommend this restaurant. My family is sure to come back here again!
What is special find in Orlando. BiCe was absolutely fabulous. I recommend the Wagyu tartare and the pasta was fantastic. I had reservations for a table but I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender seemed like he didn’t want to really be at work and other patrons have made comments to him as well. Next time I’ll be seated at a table. Overall it was an absolutely great dining experience.
Fine dining in Orlando. The area reminds you of Portofino. Excellent service to go with the perfect ambiance. Food was top notch as well as the wine list.
