Cala Bella Restaurant At Rosen Shingle Creek

This was my 3rd visit here and again they did not disappoint! I we started with the Cast Iron Roasted Tomino Cheese which was served with crusty bread,the Manti (a dumpling dish) and the Beef Carpaccio. All fabulous! For our Entrees we had the Lamp (unbelievably good), the Linguini Cacio, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. All fabulous! For our Dolce we had the Pistachio Cheesecake! Everything was washed down with a beautiful robust Pinot Noir. The ambiance is wonderful and our server, Lizzie was amazing and very attentive to our needs. I truly believe this is the BEST restaurant in the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. I will definitely be back on our next visit here.

Overall nice restaurant. Came to try as part of Orlando Magical Dining $40 menu. Food was nice, fish was cooked well and very flavorful. The thing I enjoyed the most was the Charcuterie board 😂 Meatball appetizer was tough, I would skip this one. The restaurant is inside Rosen Shingle Creek but the location looks just like a dining room. Nothing special, no nice view or unique decor. If you’re in the area and hungry it is a good option but I would not make this place a go-to destination and it is definitely not a must with the great selection of restaurants in the area.

Friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed my white sangria and lemoncello tiramisu ....... loved the reinvention of that dessert! Plenty of seating available tonight ...... sat at bar to enjoy the lightening, thunder, and wind frenzy rain storm. The interpretation of gnocchi cacio e pepe wasn't a hit for me but that wouldn't stop me from visiting again to try something as service was excellent.

Came here located just off of I-Drive on a gated hotel property. Cala Bella is located inside of the Shingle Creek Rosen Hotel. Beautiful hotel, very classy and upscale. Cala Bella is an upscale & classy restaurant. They didn’t have a lot of options to choose from on the menu but it’s a great place for a date night. Reservations is recommended but not required. We had reservations and was immediately seated when we showed up. Our waiter Vince provided us with excellent service and was very attentive. For appetizer we had the Manti which was Beef Dumpling, Chicken & Tomato Brodo, Whipped Ricotta, Sumac & Smoked Paprika, Parsley, and Lemon Mint. The Oxtail Fettuccine which is Oxtail Ragout, Stracciatella, Shishito Peppers, House Focaccia Crumb, and Italian Oregano. We also ordered the Lake Meadows Farm Half Chicken which consists of Local Sweet Potato Puree, Escarole, Garden Carrots & Seminole Pumpkin, Chicken Brodo. Amazing dishes and service. Great for a couples date night.

I went here with my husband to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. From the moment we walked in until we left, we had an amazing time! The decor, the staff and views are beautiful. The resturant took care of us on our special day. They gave us a card, some flowers and a nice quiet area for us to enjoy. Our waiter Christian was phenomenal! He checked on us, was very courteous and so sweet. The manager even stopped by our table to see how we are doing. The food was very good! We will be back again for lunch!
