Red Lobster

Update 12/8/2023 Service was top notch! Jaelen was amazing with everything. They started putting darkly roasted potatoes under the crab, which is kind of odd. Unexpected, and not really complimentary. By the time you eat enough of the crab legs to get to them, they're a soggy mess. New tiger shrimp cocktail was great! The two sauces are indistinguishable though. Both taste like cocktail sauce. Update 2/4/2023 Service was still good, crab was still lackluster. Mostly undersized clusters. Cheddar bay biscuits were as tasty as ever. The price now for 2 lbs of small snow and an add-on tail was $100. Good service. Ok crab. Probably higher cost than value. Small crab, mostly broken claws. Add on Maine lobster tail was also pretty small. For $50 I think you could probably get more.

I give this establishment 5 stars because of the awesome service at the bar (Amanda). She was juggling many orders from other tables for drinks, and kept up with my orders as well with no fuss. Other than the rude waitress that kept telling her in front of guests “tell everybody to wait, I need drinks,” the service was well! The manager is definitely respected as well, as she was doing work to help out. For me, 5 stars isn’t always about price. It’s about quality and respect!

We came in to try the unlimited shrimp and really enjoyed it. We did notice that you're meant to get two sided as advertised on the menu but they're only offering one... We were tired and couldn't be bothered making a fuss... Also we knew we'd never eat it all and the sides that weren't fries were unappealing to us. The shrimp itself was tasty with the Crispy Dragon Shrimp being particularly good. The cheesy biscuit things were yummy when warm. The beer was good but the Margarita wasn't the best we've had. On par with most places we've ate in Florida we noticed the bigger the table, the better the service... We assume this is in respect of the desire for a tip, but, its important servers recognise that people at smaller tables observing this may not appreciate being treated less well... we tipped the same at every restaurant while here but if we noticed a significant difference in level of service we did drop the tip down... Hope it was worth it. Equality.

Hellooo!!! Visiting from Miami Beach with a friend to go to the universal parks we spent a night at Wyndham hotel across the road. We had dinner here. I had clam chowder soup, I loved it. Also steamed mussels, some of them did not open but they were good. Loaded potato, very nice. Our server was too busy for the amount of tables he had. Restaurant was under staffed. Overall I good experience taking into consideration that I havent been to a red lobster location in about ten years. See yall soon!!!

Even at 8:30pm the place was super busy, so we couldn't get a table which is why I have the atmosphere a 3, but Tim the bartender, more than made up for the lack of a table. The drinks were fantastic, ( even though he gave me 2 margarita samples, I just am not a fan of tequila. Conversation was great, Coconut shrimp is always fantastic. Dragon shrimp was also tasty, with quite a kick!

Came here for the first time ever and loved it! Our waiter was Steven. He was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious we got the bacon Mac n cheese and bbq chicken with mashed potatoes. The food came out quick and fresh and there was nothing wrong with anything. Definitely would come back here again!
