Panera Bread

Food was good, but I’ve had a better experience at other Paneras. First off, there’s no kiosks. I love ordering on the kiosks and just sitting down and waiting to hear my name or someone bringing me my order. Then I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a Asiago bagel. I was asked if wanted my egg to be over easy or scrambled. I said over easy, but it came over hard. And my bacon was all scrunched up in the middle instead of nicely spread out like I’ve gotten at other Paneras. My sons sandwich (he got sausage with over easy egg) was also over hard. Over all the place was clean and the employees were courteous and I had a pleasant experience.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service!! Thank you (again) Panera! Your awesome staff was so kind and wanted to make another pot of coffee for me even after they had cleaned up for the evening! SO kind and refreshing to have people want to assist a guest! THANK YOU!!! I am becoming the BIGGEST Panera fan!!! I had always gone to Starbucks to get coffee and do some work but Panera you are a million times better!!! 💙😁

Delicious soups. Great customer service. Looooovvveeee the bread. Me and my husband went there to do some work and didn't pay attention to the time and they closed the restaurant but didn't kick us out. I appreciate that. They kindly let us know to be ready to leave any time. One of the most comfortable place to work and study for us.

This location was clean, the staff was very polite, food was promptly done, very quiet environment, the restrooms were clean, we took some fresh bakery items home that were fantastic. There was a meeting room that you can hold business events, outside area as well Really enjoyed my experience at this location highly suggest you get a My Panera card they also have the rapid pickup which is much needed convenience for anyone to grab and go would recommend to anyone.

We had a meeting in the community room. Online, I ordered something additional to be picked up afterwards--but could not find where the to-go order was. I asked an employee (at the food pickup counter) where the online orders were located...she not only let me know where my items were, but graciously walked me over to this area of the restaurant, found my order, and handed it to me! I asked her for her name: Sabrina. Thanks, Sabrina! You're a great employee and an awesome human being!

The ONLY really nice manager that ever worked there is Sebrina, that’s where the 5 stars come in at. She’s the best. If she’s there, go!! You won’t be disappointed. Absolutely great customer service and she treats her employees with respect and kindness. The other managers Taylor & district manager Jon treat their employees horribly & talk to them disrespectfully.

Had a great experience at this Panera. My friend ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and she didn’t want mustard on hers so I went up to the counter for her and asked for a new one and an employee named Juliana was happy to make a new one and brought it to our table. She was very nice and the food was delicious! Good worker you have there :)

I went for lunch here with friends and we all liked it. We ordered cream of chicken & wild rice soup and brocolli cheddar soup which were very good in taste. But the plain bread was very tight. We also ordered Frontega chicken panini and chipotle chicken avocado melt and both were awesome in taste. Ambience was good too. Staff were very friendly and quite quick on orders. We waited hardly 5 min on pick lunch hour to fill our order. Would love to visit again.
