Amazing meal! We wanted to go somewhere special for our anniversary and this was truly one of the best restaurant experiences. Each course was delicious and had an unexpected surprise. Our waitress was friendly and we even got to meet Top Chef Richard Blais who was warm and welcoming. Honestly the chocolate banana cavier dessert was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Loved the meal and the experience.

Chef Blais brings Orlando a true gift- old Florida flavor with new age technique!! The City Beautiful has a new celebrity chef restaurant. But unlike many of its Central Florida brethren, don’t think it’s just for the tourists. Most foodies know and love the icon that is Top Chef Richard Blais - his experimental enthusiasm and devotion to impeccably composed flavor has earned him every accolade. Each step of this experience is intentionally crafted, but never pretentious. Enjoy appetizers and snacks and split an entree. You can try so much if you go this route. (Plus Chef Blais recommends it!) From the first sip of the crafted cocktails to the last bite of deconstructed key lime pie you will feel like you’re sitting with the Golden Girls having the best meal of your life ….while trying to explain to Rose the “steak” is a swordfish. We happen to be staying here at the Hyatt for a family vacation on Easter last year. We thought we might have Easter dinner at Hemmingways, since it was on the resort. When we got there we realized that we needed reservations for the Easter dinner. We took one look at the spread if food that they had and was blown away! Everything looked top notch! Next Easter we will make reservations in advance. We had dinner there next night at Hemmingways. The restaurant is beautiful, with beautiful views. Very upscale. The food was EXCELLENT! Along with the service. We will most definitely come back....again and again. What a treat! ❤ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
