Amazing meal! We wanted to go somewhere special for our anniversary and this was truly one of the best restaurant experiences. Each course was delicious and had an unexpected surprise. Our waitress was friendly and we even got to meet Top Chef Richard Blais who was warm and welcoming. Honestly the chocolate banana cavier dessert was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Loved the meal and the experience.

The City Beautiful has a new celebrity chef restaurant. But unlike many of its Central Florida brethren, don’t think it’s just for the tourists.
Most foodies know and love the icon that is Top Chef Richard Blais - his experimental enthusiasm and devotion to impeccably composed flavor has earned him every accolade.
Each step of this experience is intentionally crafted, but never pretentious. Enjoy appetizers and snacks and split an entree. You can try so much if you go this route. (Plus Chef Blais recommends it!)
From the first sip of the crafted cocktails to the last bite of deconstructed key lime pie you will feel like you’re sitting with the Golden Girls having the best meal of your life ….while trying to explain to Rose the “steak” is a swordfish.

Absolutely loved everything about this night out! The hotel is gorgeous. The restaurant look and atmosphere was very romantic yet relaxing. Their house wine was on sale and very delicious. My husband and I ordered from the magical dining menu. The caprese salad was refreshing. I ordered the grouper and wow, that coconut key lime sauce was to die for! My husband kept trying to steal some for his delicious, good sized crab cakes. For dessert my husband had the banana tiramisu while I had the key lime tart. Both desserts were delicious in their own ways. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for magical dining and truly enjoyed my meal and experience. Staff was very friendly, kudos to Johnnise for a fantastic job and the ambiance was awesome! Had the Caprese salad for appetizer with a super soft and fresh mozzarella and shared some oysters. My Entree, the Crab cakes we're full of flavor with 2 perfect size portions. My wife had the grouper with coconut key lime sauce which was also amazing, paired with some of the best tasting garlic mashed potatoes I've ever had. The banana tiramisu was heavenly. Definitely would recommend!
Hemingway's restaurant is beautiful and your meal will be perfect! The staff are excellent. I have been here multiple times and my experience only gets better. The cocktails are made perfectly. There is only one small thing that is confusing at this restaurant. The Manhattan clam chowder is actually New England clam chowder, and I mention it for all you chowder fans.

The attention was not the best, but afterwards the boys gave their best to make us feel cared for and although it took a little food and my lobster was not the best, it was a spectacular night with a cozy atmosphere and good drinks. That's some exquisite desserts😊😍
Located in the inside the hyatt regency grand cypress the restaurant offers a nice view of the hotel . The service was great. If you go to the bar you don't need to wait to be seated. The tapas that we ordered where really good. If you are staying at the hotel you must go and try their food

If you like Capital Grille's menu you will love Hemingway's amazingly simple menu. It's high-class casual if that's a thing.
It's located close to Disney Springs on the Hyatt compound. Valet parking is free so you don't have far to walk in the Florida heat( It can be hot here even at night during the summer months).
After a boat ride and romantic walk with 1 million of our closest friends at Disney Springs, we came here for a night out without our very loving and energetic toddlers. I had the crab cakes and my wife had the blackened salmon. The new bench mark for Crab Cakes was made mostly of very delicate and supple crab chunks. It was served with an adequate amount of coconut mash potatoes, a few chunks of asparagus and a small helping of a corn based salsa. Yum.
I managed to sample my wife's meal and I must say I have never tasted blackened salmon like this before. It tasted like it was actually prepared using real flames and seasoned perfectly.

Beautifully romantic. Best valentine's dinner location. The restuarant was relaxing and wonderful. The crab cakes are fantastic and q must order! Enjoyed the food, service, and entertainment.
I had the Spanish Seafood Stew and enjoyed all the clams, mussles, scallops, and other seafood in this dish. Overall great execution of the food by the chef and great service by the staff. The manager even escorted us to our table and check on us several times.
