This is undoubtedly the finest and most deserving fine dining restaurant at Universal Studios. If you are going on vacation, why not have at least one excellent meal per day? We recently spent several days at Universal Studios, and each day we ate at Mythos heightened our overall experience. Instead of buying junk food, run the rides in the morning and decompress for an hour or so with a perfectly cooked lunch. The ambiance is much better than the fast-food offerings, and the staff is excellent and attentive. My favorites were the scallops, sweet corn risotto with shaved black truffles, and beef loin medallions with Yukon mashed potato. Trust me, the price of your meal is far less than the price you paid for your entry ticket and just as satisfying. As a tip, consider using the Universal Studios app to reserve a table when you start getting hungry (especially if you plan to eat around the lunchtime rush), as it can save you a lot of time compared to not having a reservation.

Mythos was a great place to eat in Island's of Adventure. You need to make a reservation in advance before going to the park. Otherwise, you will have to wait a while to get in.

Fantastic experience! Some food was 5 star worthy but not all. The apple cider bread pudding was absolutely amazing! Best dessert ever. Great hummus, pita dips, pork chop was FANTASTIC- thick cut, cooked to PERFECTION. Veggies with pork chop were to die for! Disappointed in the octopus appetizer, a little rubbery, not fresh, pita bread a little stale, not hot. Mango yogurt drink was unique and delicious, not too sweet. Overall highly recommend- atmosphere and service PERFECT!!

We saw the sign outside the door, saying that it was rated as the top restaurant in in amusement park and we’re intrigued so so we thought we’d stop in! Wow, we were completely blown away! The service was awesome, and the food was even better! Completely top-notch, and totally unexpected from this unassuming portion of the park! The atmosphere was just a tad cheesy in my opinion, but not so much that I didn’t enjoy it. The views were awesome and I wish I could go back time and time again just for the food! I would absolutely recommend stopping in, if you’re in islands of adventure!

Truly an amazing restaurant. Service and food were phenomenal. The spanakopita appetizer was delicious. Had the braised lamb for the entree and that was great as well. The two drinks were delicious Mythos potions of the gods and the Andy’s ambrosia (this one was really sweet) Highly recommend giving Mythos a visit if you’re at IOA

My advice is to make a reservation here if you really want to dine here! We managed to snag the last walk in spot right around 12 and then the host had to start turning people away. It was a really short wait before we were led to our table. The decor here is really well themed, even the bathrooms had Medusa statues as the light fixtures which was pretty cool to see. I'm glad the restaurant was open when we were visiting the parks as I had read that it was closed for a few years during the pandemic. I ordered the octopus leg and my brother got the pad thai. The octopus leg came with a creamy sauce and corn. It was nice and tender with a slightly smoky taste to it. The pad thai's sweet and sour sauce was on point. The noodles were cooked perfectly. It was a great meal! Highly recommend dining here for lunch if you get the chance!

Decided to book Mythos tonight for something different for my 50th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I try to give really honest reviews and have been to some really fine dining establishments. In my opinion, Mythos is JUST shy of a full 5 on food. Overall, they food is expertly prepared, has great flavor and is elevated we’ll beyond average or typical. However, there’s a lot of high quality competition in this area, so the 5 star is a little harder to come by. That said, for being a restaurant in a theme park, they are by far your best choice in any of the parks. I. That category, I’d give them the full 5. The atmosphere is fun and unique but I felt like every wall being done in the same cave-like texture was a bit much and could use some more variety. However, I’m sure the lighting at night is great. What really stood out, even compared to some of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Orlando, was the absolute top quality service. Our server, Viktor from Venezuela, was so professional and pleasant and I mention him by name because he deserves the recognition. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made recommendations and was a highlight of the meal. All in all, this is a unique and interesting restaurant with great food, verging on a perfect score and better than just about anything in the parks. If you’re looking for something different to try and like mediterranean, fare, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s true, the food is really superb. The ambience is impressive and the service is good though it can be more engaging and friendly. To find this quality of food inside a theme park, man oh man, this is absolutely fantastic. We tried the calamari, tomato soup, mezze platter, and their signature lamb burger. Everything was truly excellent.
