This restaurant was recommended to us and was absolutely worth your drive! Every item we ordered was delicious and made with care! We will absolutely return and highly recommend!
Pio Pio consistently has great service and great food. The main dining room has nice decor but some of the other room's could you a spruce up in the decor. Not a deal breaker. Just suggesting a little advice to reach 5 stars in the atmosphere rating. Overall they never disappoint. This is a regular go to place for us.
Overall decent visit tonight. I came in for dinner around 6pm; and opted to sit at a table in the bar area versus traditional dining. The restaurant was moderately busy and had a nice atmosphere although the music was extremely low in the bar area.
My server/bartender was Daniel- whom greeted me after about 7 minutes after I sat down. There seemed to be two bartenders who both noticed I was waiting for service but did not come over until I started to look around and ask questions. Daniels service overall was a 4/10- lacking in personality, attention to detail, and overall negative demeanor after 4 years of service he claimed. Daniel did not make any recommendations even after I said it was my first time.
Calamari- 4/10 lacking in flavor, calamari rings were too big in my opinion; I did not enjoy the dish.
Beef Patty- 10/10 hot, crispy, and flavorful.
Rotisserie chicken- 9/10 the chicken was crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The rice and beans were hot and delicious. The plantains were Luke warm and weren’t served with the sauces until I asked for them.
Overall 8/10 simply due to Daniels poor customer service. I still left more than 20% tip but Daniels energy has got to stack up to the food quality.
Four of us ordered the family chicken dinner with extra beans and rice, and flan to share for dessert. All I can say is, amazing!
I truly had an amazing time here. The food was sooo good, I ordered bandeja paisa and I definitely recommend. It’s a lot of food and is so good. Our waiter Carolina was amazing, sweet, and attentive. This experience was a 10/10
I went to this restaurant "by accident" and got such a nice surprise! We had their rotisserie chicke and was EXCELLENT!, natural fruit juices, "chicharron", "tostones" and fried yuca.... we are making plans to go back soon! I highly recommend it!
Very good place. Everything we had was exceptional; food, drinks & dessert. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Orlando.
Maybe the most delicious food I have had in the area! The sauces were fantastic and the plantains perfect. I friendly bartender who gave great food and drinks recommendations as well!
🇵🇪 TL;DR if you are looking for a good, basic and fast Peruvian food, this is the place!
🖊️ Longer version: we came in at 7 on a Wednesday night. We had called to book a table but that wasn’t needed. We got seated right away upon arrival. The restaurant was half full and not noisy.
🐓 The menu has a good selection of the basics of Peruvian food, mostly on the meat side. We took the rotisserie chicken and the Chaufa rice.
🍚 The food was good, portion were right, I only wished I had a bit more chicken but the rice, beans and plantains are filing. Our waiters was nice and efficient.
💨 We were served super quickly, and total dinner time was about 35 minutes! Not the best Peruvian I have done but a great place for the value.

Absolutely delicious food. They have this creamy, spicy green sauce that is AMAZING on everything you put it on from tostones to rice to meats and anything else. Drinks are good, strong on the liquor. Overall, delicious meal and reasonably priced at $110 for three people, including 2 drinks and the tip.
