Top notch dining experience! The food was prepared to perfection and I actually watched the chefs prepare my meal...excellent. The staff were very professional and attentive...and very friendly. The atmosphere made the experience even move enjoyable...everthing during this visit was just right...thank you! Highly recommend you give them a try when visiting Universal City Walk and parks!

Posting review late, we visited here on September 19, 2023 Highly recommend this place, especially if you love Italian food! Great atmosphere, the restaurant is laid out very well and the decor is amazing! I love the open style kitchens where you can actually see the chefs cooking! The service was good too! Definitely recommend making reservations though, this place gets very busy very quickly! Everything was reasonably priced and the food was amazing! Proper portion sizes too so you don't feel overwhelmed. Restrooms were very clean and organized (if that's something you pay attention to). The menu has a lot to offer which is great if you have picky eaters in your group. Overall, very satisfied with this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back!

I have to say that this spot has been on the money. As a dad of 4 & 3 of 4 are super picky, vivo has not failed us. On vacay and the wife and i popped in late for a bite and the meatball Bucatini were on point. I decided to bring the 2 picky eaters on saturday and they both cleaned their plates. Chicken parm, Fried calamari and chicken fingers that did Not disappoint. I will say that if these 2 great experiences with Micheal and the other waiter( he usually waits by the bar area with a mask) were not enough , yesterday was a doozy. My wife had a gathering planned with 18 members of her family. Sadly the spot they had fell thru so i went to Vivo and without hesitation Joanna began to try and help me. She jumped on her earpiece and was chatting away with people. Within 2 mins Ray came out and shook my hand, he said im going to do everything in my power to make this happen. A second later Deztine came iuf and they began looking at the pc and making changes. Ray said , listen come back in an hour and we will have you seated and together!! My party got there a few min early so we were allowed to sit at the bar and begin our time together. A few ordered drinks and some just water but Bryan was funny, pleasant and kind. This staff has been the most pleasing , most professional, most personable i have dealt with in a long time. I travel to many states & have eaten in many places but this spot has surpassed most of them! Giovanna the server was on point, she got all the orders down and correct for 15 of us! The linguini w clam sauce was delish The lamb lollipops were gooooooood Let me tell ya about the cannolis, yummmm Thank you for such an amazing time and experience. My family had an incredible dining experience at VIVO Italian Kitchen, and we're thrilled to share our review. We were fortunate to receive exceptional service from Christine S., which made our visit truly memorable. As residents of the Emerald Coast of Florida, we're accustomed to the finest seafood, so it was a pleasant surprise to discover a restaurant on Universal Studios property offering large portions, fresh made-to-order food, and the freshest seafood right on City Walk. During our vacation with my family, I felt compelled to write this review to spread the good news. Our little boy dreams of moving to Italy, so you can imagine his delight when he had the opportunity to converse with Christine in Italian! Every dish we ordered was expertly prepared, and we were promptly seated with a lovely window view. Despite our tight schedule for Halloween Horror Nights, Christine went the extra mile to ensure we left on time. The scratch-made sauces and the personal treatment we received truly made us feel like part of the VIVO family, not just tourists. We can't wait to return!

This place is lovely inside! I made a reservation for 6:45 and was sat 5 minutes later, not long of a wait. The service was alright. Unfortunately forgot our ID’s and I believe it made our waiter a bit hesitant to serve us to the best of his abilities, he seemed to be dodging us after the mishap. As a server it made me feel quite uncomfortable.Otherwise, the fried ricotta was amazing! Definitely a must try. My boyfriend ordered the meatballs and absolutely loved them! I ordered the vegan sausage pasta with a side of pesto, as all the vegetarian/vegan options all come with the same red sauce. With the red sauce alone it’s on the bland side but amazing with the pesto! My boyfriend got the chicken pesto ravioli and was pleasantly surprised by it. Overall nice, cozy experience if you’re visiting the city walk definitely give it a try!

Came here for my friend's birthday dinner. Booked a reservation a week prior. Had to wait for parking to be free at 6 for City Walk. I had to call universal dining reservations to get a 6:15 and luckily we made it by 6:20. We sat at a nice table and the server was able to hold our cake for us in a cooler while we ate dinner. I had steak, mashed potatoes and gluten free pasta. My friend had Veal and pasta. The service was great. They even had gluten free bread. I loved being able to see the kitchen. The restrooms were nice and clean also. It wasn't super busy for a Friday but still busy enough. We only waited maybe an extra 10 minutes upon arrival. I loved they had gluten free options for me. I had my steak rare and it was amazing. I sang a quick happy birthday to my friend since they didn't do a song at the restaurant itself.

One of the best spots in Universal to get good food and great service. We came down for the weekend to go to the Orlando Informer Event so we made reservations for the other nights. We actually got in from our flight a bit earlier than expected so we came by earlier than our reservations to see if we could eat earlier. I saw a long line and thought we'd absolutely still have to wait but to my surprise they checked us in and we walked maybe 20 feet away before we got a text stating our table was ready. We probably didn't have to wait as long because we said we'd be fine with an indoor high top area where I think a lot of people don't want because it's not as comfortable. We waited a bit for our waiter Kyle to come up and take our order. He was very personable, outgoing, and very good at giving food and drink suggestions. He made our experience here from 3 stars to 4 stars! The food was decent and my drink was very good. My salmon was a bit over cooked but of course the pasta in both of our dishes were cooked perfectly. The pana cotta was amazing! The only truly negative thing I'd really say was I think this place is a bit over priced for the quality of the food. Although this is Universal and that's the case for every restaurant here.
