I stayed at the Signia for a weekend and tried Zeta Asia for dinner, as most of the restaurants around Disney Springs were fully booked. Zeta is a low-key sushi place with some other Asian-inspired choices. I highly enjoyed the bao buns and the sushi rolls. The chicken slider was not very authentic, but tasted great. The service was great and we left very happy customers.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise - excellent food and drinks at "reasonable prices" (for a resort in the Disney area.) Our server was helpful and friendly. Excellent variety of food and drink. The poke bowl was a standout.

Went to Zeta Asia at the Hilton Bonnet Creek to try the magical dining menu. We both had the pork gyoza for our appetizers. They were crispy and delicious. I had the short rib bao and my wife had the pork belly bao. Both were good. The pork belly one was sweeter and the short rib was spicy. I had the dragon roll as my main dish and my wife had the red curry chicken. The sushi was really good. Her red curry chicken was also good if you like Thai style curry. For dessert, my wife ordered the chocolate coconut cake and I ordered the key lime brulee. The chocolate dessert was spectacular. The key lime brulee was very good if you enjoy tart desserts. Would definitely go back and try other items in their regular menu. When you are done you can head over to the lobby bar, grab a drink and sit on their patio. You can use valet and the restaurant will validate it.

Great experience! Some of our party did Magical Dining to try all the different offerings and really loved all the food. I had the Chicken Katsu Sliders and loved them. The waiter and manager were very kind and welcoming. Will return again!

Magincal Dining...I loved sitting at the bar....my food and bar servers were awesome...the one missing item is HOT Sake I had the salad with ginger dressing, bbq short rib in bao bun, Dragon roll and chocolate coconut cake. I ordered a bottle of sake since i was drinking and can take the rest home.

Service was top notch, the food was very flavorful and a nice change of pace from typical “resort” fare. I dined during Magical Dining and therefore had an excellent selection of the menu for only $40. Other review mentioned the price, but the regular menu prices comparable to every other nicer hotel / resort that I have stayed across the country. If you are staying at the Signia or in the Bonnet Creek resort area, give it a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Delicious food, excellent service, laid back but classy atmosphere! Everything we ate was flavorful and came out quickly. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was low key but sophisticated.

Great place for something different in the Signia. Some great apps including edamame and dumplings - boiled or fried. The sushi was great and had some great bowls. My only negative is price. Fairly small portions and very expensive for what you get. The cocktails are very expensive.

This was the highlight of our stay at Signia. My husband and I came here for dinner and we didn’t want to leave. The food, drinks and staff were awesome. We started off with that Tuna Nachos. I swear we could have had a plate each. My main dish was the short rib bibimbap. Ask for extra sauce if you want a kick to it. My husband had two sushi rolls and it was plenty of good.
