The vegan food is very good and I am not a vegan. We came here for my daughter’s birthday and she is vegan. She got the Vegan Wellington and my son got the Seafood misto and I got the vegan lobster which was amazing. She did the 3 for $49 off the vegan menu and her appetizer was the vegan escargot and her dessert was the vegan Brookie. Everything was amazing. We had a great server also.

Seriously one of the best dining experiences i’ve ever had. The service was spectacular, we loved our waitress who was accommodating and attentive. We had a party of 9, but never once felt neglected or forgotten. she answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations. We also spoke to one of the managers who was more than kind. Not to mention, the food was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. They have an entire vegan menu, and all the food was honestly so good you could not tell it was vegan. Everything was flavorful, perfectly cooked and honestly just wonderful. Everyone in my party left stuffed and happy. I cannot thank the staff here enough, every part of this meal was so wonderful. We had a great experience here and will be recommending this place to anyone in the area.

I visited this steakhouse last month with a friend of mine and it was definately the best place among my Orlando trip. It was our last day in Orlando and we wanted to have a really nice lunch. Every food was soooo good, a salad, steak, and the beautiful bread pudding... But the best part of them was the lady who was our server. (So sorry to forget the name) She was really nice and we can feel that she really cares of us. She helped me to choose a wine by tasting some of those and all of her recommendation was just perfect. Really thanks for letting us have a wonderful time!

I have lived here for just over 2 years. And this was by far the best meal that I have had. I ordered off the fully vegan menu which included. An appetizer an entre and dessert. For the appetizer, I ordered the oyster mushroom Rockefeller. They also brought us the schnitzel, and I'm so glad they did because it was the better of the two. For my entre I had the beef Willington and it was superb. I normally don't go for dessert, but the brookie with ice cream. What's so good that I ate every bite. Left there way too full. My wife had the short ribs, which apparently had just gotten on the menu tonight, and she was really pleased. She also shared my appetizers and agreed that they were very good. I had 2 glasses of wine in some port in my wife. Head to cocktails and cappuccino. The total bill before tip was 177.

Great steakhouse on Church St. Excellent, traditional service and very good food. Menu prices are par for the course for steakhouses. There is ample parking on the other side of the block in the high-rise behind the restaurant. Has the Wellington - not a chateaubriand, but an individual portion. Well cooked to medium rare, although the filet could have been trimmed better. Truffle fries well executed, crispy exterior with fluffy, soft interior. Reservations recommended.

This has been our second time at Kres and we were as happy as our first visit ! Their steak are absolutely perfection and the service 100/100 ! The ambiance and location is perfect also! So great to have complimentary valet parking downtown! Great wine selection! Only positive comments ❤️ you need to Try this place !

We went to Kres to celebrate our anniversary. We are mostly vegan and had heard good things about their vegan menu. We had a great dinner, vegan options were varied and enjoyable. I had Prtabello escargot as my starter. My entree was Hearts of Palm Lobster. Both were really good! Partner had vegan Oysters Rockefeller as his starter and Vegan Beef Wellington for his entree. Again, both were really good. We ordered both of the desserts, but the strawberry gelato and brownie (?) was amazing! Service was very good, if a little quirky. We will go back.

Had the pleasure to eat here last night with reservations. At first they had my seat at the front but they were able to move me . I ordered the pork chops and pork belly and my god was it good . I added shrimps with Brussels sprouts and bake potatoes as a side . When I tell you this pork chop was so big but tinder . Also there is a peppercorn sauce that YOU NEED TO GET. I kid you not . All in all it was amazing

Dined here this past weekend for my birthday and had a very pleasant experience! Our server was great; I forgot her name but she was super hospitable and helpful in explaining the menu, giving recommendations, and being attentive. The food was delicious, loved everything I tried. We got the wagyu carpaccio and truffle fries for the table. The star for me was definitely my entree, though; I got the New York strip au poivre & grilled shrimp, & it took everything in me to not fully devour it if i’m being honest. They treated me to the white chocolate bread pudding for my birthday & a bit on the sweeter side but it was also divine. Would definitely return when I get a chance!

I wanted to take my wife to a great restaurant and some place we had not been before. Something upscale, private and romantic. Where the food is top notch. Kres looked promising from reviews I’d read online and the pictures posted if the environment and food were enticing. Kres Chophouse easily succeeded those reviews in my opinion. The front staff were courteous and great in getting us seated even earlier than the reservation I had made. Our waiter (Jay) was fantastic in making sure we got everything we asked for in a timely manner and he was genuinely pleasant to meet. The food. Well. The food blew us away. I knew going to Kres that the Filet Wellington was the meal to get according to reviews and after talking to Jay about it; both my wife and I got the same dish. I preceeded it with the hearts of romaine wedge salad which was amazing in its own right. And we followed up the Wellington with the creme brûlée and a Coffee Nudge liquid dessert. Everything was fantastic and we highly recommend Kres for a great night out. Date night or anniversary especially.

We had been to Kres once before and liked it so much we booked our birthday dinner there. We started with drinks at the bar. The Italian fizz was light and lemony. So yummy. My husband had the Washington Apple and loved it! We then went to our table for dinner. Our server, Melissa, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable of the menu, attentive yet gave us all the time we needed to enjoy our meal. They bring bread with olive oil and garlic to start. Love a warm bread basket! We got the mushroom risotto balls for an appetizer. I could have made a whole meal out of them, they were so good!! We both got the Beef Wellington that was cooked to a perfect medium rare. So tender and flavorful. It’s so hard to find a place that has beef Wellington on the menu so this restaurant is indeed special. Melissa’s recommendation for dessert was the bread pudding. Not something we would normally order ourselves and we would have missed out. It was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

We spent our Orlando family Christmas there and it was fantastic. James was a great waiter and other than one small hiccup which they fixed with no attitude and with joy, the food was spectacular. Definitely can recommend Kres as a wonderful place to dine

This past Saturday evening I was at the Kees Chophouse, Will not go back.... service was not good at all ... waitress didn’t know the protocol for wine tasting.... served the appetizer and salad at the same time , my baked potato was ice cold when served , told waitress the potato was replaced however the replacement potato was just barely warm .... ordered desert and desert drinks ... drinks arrived drank them but no desert , got the waitress’s attention and the look she gave me from across the room was one of WHAT , she came over and I asked her about the desert ... deer on the headlights look) have heartily apologized and walked away .... this place was a fabulous place for fine dining a year ago that’s why we returned..., never again..., this type of service and food I would expect at a chain restaurant not a high priced establishment...

Excellent, Excellent! Our waiter, Russell is top notch ! He was very knowledgeable about all the awesome food and drinks ! The 16 oz NY strip was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to the best rated steakhouses, the 18 oz lobster tail was the biggest we’ve ever seen ! I recommend Kres Chophouse to you all ! We will be back from jersey !

The food was delicious and highly recommend it for that. Service on the other hand was okay. Had a male waiter with zero personality! For as much as one pays for the food one would think that the waitstaff would be incredible. He did have a waitress that he was training and she was great! The tip would have been much bigger if she had been the only server. He brought our food, but seemed to be annoyed to be at work and like he would much rather be somewhere else. The restaurant itself is really nice, typical steakhouse. Very comfortable and nice. My husband and son had ribeyes, one daughter had lamb chops and the other had the grouper, I had a filet Oscar. Food was cooked perfectly.

Wow! Anderson was our server and he was fantastic. Very attentive and professional. Our steaks were perfect. From the temperature to the FLAVOR!!! We've eaten at all the "best" steakhouses and I've never had flavor like that. We will be back!

Dinner here was the start to a perfect evening that ended at Dr. Phillips. Our server was Andre and he couldn't have done a better job! The large ribeye was not only perfect...but enough for 2...even though it was too good to give up much. The cream spinach was amazing. And for desert, we shared the Molten Turtle that was just right!

We had terrific service and she loved the filet. She said it was the best she has ever had - that says a lot as we have been in the best places around the world. The ribeye that I ordered was way to salty. It was cooked right but way too much salt added. I actually did not eat the entire piece because of this. The atmosphere is phenomenal and will be back. I will ask, in advance, to go lighter on the salt!

Food was delicious. My filet was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Elk, he loves it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the service. After we were seated not one server approached us for 15 minutes. Dozen servers went passed us . Diners seated after us were approached immediately. Finally a server stopped and asked if anyone helped us yet. No one knew who our server was supposed to be but two servers quickly took our drink order. A couple of minutes later someone took our order. The service we finally received was very good! But I never saw a manager and no manger noticed what was happening to us. That was disappointing. We would give it a other chance.

The food and service were excellent! The Elk was juicy and tender and very flavorful. Our server brought out an amazing bread pudding dessert for my son’s 21 birthday and Ginger at the bar made us some of her specialty drinks and they were incredible!

I looked for a nice restaurant to take my wife to while we were on vacation in Orlando. Made reservations here and they completely exceeded our expectations. Jay was a wonderful server and his suggestions were great. We will come back here anytime we are in the area.
