As an employee here I'd say it's actually the best McDonald's in town compared to the other joints. I've got friends working at other locations and they all complain about those locations. I'd say this location nails it almost every time and we do our best to make things right. But we still need to work on some issues. We're understaffed and stressed, just be kind and patient we're already being patient and kind enough on our own it's amazing to receive a great customer. Also the review about "Oscar" is incorrect. I am the employee who is a trainee who almost gave the guy ice cream for free, when his free points didn't go through.

They are still more geared toward drive through, so in store orders are more tedious for them, because for the last 2 years they haven't had to deal with the public in the lobby really. I could feel the " why didn't you go through the drive through" attitude, but the food was fairly quick and I was able to fill my own drink.

So... I'm sorry so many people have had bad experiences at this location, but mine was perfect.
While I was in the car wash across the street, I set up a McDonald's order for pickup, from my phone.
I drove to mcdonald's, went to the drive-thru, and told them my order number.
Then, they gave me the receipt, and about 30 seconds later they handed me my food.
My food was made nicely, and I don't see any issues with my order.

Pretty good McDonald's! The staff is usually pretty fast and when they make a mistake on your order they are nice and get it taken care of right away! They even brought it to my table for me so I didn't have to stand and wait.

This McDonald's has it down there times are a little bit longer but worth it I always get hot hot fresh food here plus the staff are a pretty funny goofy

Super friendly staff, food is as one would imagine from McDonald’s, pretty uniform and consistent. Due to its location, this McDonald’s is usually busy, but orders are fulfilled fairly quickly. Lately I’ve been earning way too many My Reward food points :-)

I live fairly close to this location so I’ve stopped by on a number of occasions. Seeing the huge inconsistency of service at other locations I have to say I’m very impressed with this store. I’ve come by on a number of mornings including today and they have a few gentlemen running the drive through who are genuinely friendly every time I come through and provide great service!
In addition to the stellar service these guys provide.. the foods been much better than other locations I’ve been to as well.
I just have to give kudos to the 2 guys they have running those windows this morning (1/26) because they treat that job like it’s their true passion in life. I had to put myself in check this morning when I was blindsided by their kindness and positivity. Love the dedication and commitment they have to the job. Y’all rock 🙏🏼
It’s been years since I’ve talked to a McDonald’s employee who’s actually put some inflection in their voice. These guys did everything but jump out the window and do a dance for me. Thank you.
