I had an amazing experience here on Sunday evening with the manager, Melody and an employee Kaysha. They both gave me a great experience ordering donuts and a milkshake! Great customer service and very friendly ladies.

This Dunkin does great job , especially in current conditions . Environment is clean , plenty of parking outside . It’s great that dunkin remains open during the pandemic, definitely appreciate that .

They were open late. It was 8:00pm and they were happy to make me a coffee. Ot was the little pep needed to get us home!

Great for coffee, quick breakfast and snacks. Some of these locations lack leadership and can't complete simple orders without wrong or out of stock items. Tho most of the Dunkin locations are good.

The staff needs more attention to detail. Especially the one guy in the am. Customer service is serious lacking. If you hate your job, then do something else. If you make a mistake, you apologize to the customer, make it up to them and then work to not let it happen again. Yes Mistakes happen, but when the same mistakes keep happening, now it’s a pattern that’s needs to be addressed by management. I’ve read the other negative reviews and they are spot on. The owner is responsible to set the standard and hold staff accountable to adhere to that standard.

The service is not friendly whatsoever. They don't greet you in a friendly way nor do they reply when you thank them when your order is done. I only give them one star because the coffee is good.

Have been there twice. First time my croissant were cold the girls that made them don't even toast them. Second time my hot chocolate tasted like water.
