Mcdonald's

I ordered my food on the kiosk to dine here. Kiosk ask you to type in a table number tent, there were nine so I just entered #1. Went to the counter and informed them of the situation. My food was ready in a timely manner and the counter person just yelled out big Mac meal?! Picked my food. No big deal and my order was packaged to go. Several disconnects here but no big deal. The staff was friendly and served with a smile. The restaurant is clean and my wait was minimal. I would return.

This place is terribly slow and the order is always wrong. All of your fries will be in the bottom of the bag and not in the fry holder. They literally turn the fry holder upside down when they place it in your bag. It is supposed to be FAST FOOD. It is slow, not accurate and the people that work there seem to not be very friendly at all.

Ordered through deal dash. Never did get my sauces. The shift manager was being a pain. Made a second purchase of sauce. He says that he never got it. But the women at deal dash recorded it. By the time I got my food it was cold and nasty. The woman did her best to get my order correct. The shift manager said he would not give me my sauces on my original order because it says they weren't payed for. That's not my fault it didn't charge me!!!! Very dissatisfied with this and aggravated!!!!!;

This McDonald’s is good overall but the service times could be better which is the reason for the four stars. It is also a roll of the dice on what type of person will be waiting on you. I have been there and the people I have interacted with have been amazing in multiple areas such as courteous, thoughtful and overall from what I can tell are genuinely good people. The other times have been a complete nightmares where it seemed like the people taking my order did not want me there, while waiting to place my order I didn’t exist, and taking forever (20 mins or longer) to fulfill my order. I by no means expect a two min turnaround but being a fast food place I would expect a 5 - 10 timeframe. So roll the dice at your leisure, the odds are good that you will be met with someone who is genuine but don’t be surprised if you are not.
