Orange Sanitary Bakery

Stopped to pick up dessert for after dinner and was blown away. It was my first visit and it won’t be my last. I ended up buying beef empanadas, coconut danish?, guava and apricot danishes, fresh whole wheat bread, and a pastry from the refrigerator with coconut. The staff and owner? was super friendly and I was even given a French baguette on the house to welcome me to the area. As an ex restauranteur, I understand that great customer service keeps the customers coming back. So far I tried the empanadas which was delicious with absolutely no filler, just meat and spices, the dough was soft and yummy and the coconut danish was chuck full of coconut and amazing. Can’t wait to try the rest. Everything tasted very wholesome and natural.

I have been a grateful customer since I was a boy. I bought bread & cake from Jeannie's mom & dad. We had a food pantry l, every 2 wks, in Orange for nearly 30 yrs. Jeannie donated hundreds of loaves of bread, rolls, pastry & cakes for every 1 of our food pantries. She is the most generous people we have ever met. We pray for her health every nite. BLESS YOU. Sanitary Bakery has to be the best bakery around in the Orange area, it has been in business since I was a little girl. I remember walking in with my mother, with a huge smile on my face and my mouth watering because you can smell the freshly baked goods, especially their baked bread. It is #1 in the area. You just have to try it for yourself as the bread just melts in your mouth. It is Delish!!

The bread and goods in this bakery are good. You can find traditional Italian and uruguayan buiscuits and goodies. The service is fast and good. The only two difficulties that I have found is the parking space as there is only limited street parking and the fact that they only accept cash. Other wise this is nice bakery to get some buiscuits for your tea time or the best types of bread around the area.
