Hands-down the best professional kitchen burgers and fries, I've ever had! Not gourmet level but nothing could satisy my craving for an American burger more! They have great menu noting not to enjoy plenty of favorites to find! And DON'T FORGET HOUSE SAUCE!!!!

Been going here since I was a child. This was my first time since the pandemic.
I brought my friend from another state who had never even heard of Duchess. He absolutely loved the food! He's bummed he doesn't have them where he is.
Great food, great prices, it hurts to even call it fast food, it definitely is NOT fast food! It's too good!

The owner of this location can still be heard taking orders VIA drive through. I have been a customer at this location for over 30 years and still enjoy eating here. They do there best to staff well and to have orders filled accurately and quickly. I can only imaging the staffing obstacles they over come daily. Food is always fresh and hot. Yes, occasionally they do make errors. The good news is, most times the errors after eaten where not that big of a deal.

This was our first time eating here. The food was good. The employees could have been friendlier, though. The guy that served us seemed a little grumpy, and we had to ask several times for the salad dressing. He also forgot part of our order, so we had to ask him to get it. He seemed annoyed. We did have a pretty big order.

OMG it's been over 10 years since I've been there and when I got a cheeseburger and a steak and cheese sandwich and some french fries for one excellent customer service like they always have and the food it tasted exactly what I expected it it was just great no extra extra on this just a great meal I'm so happy that they're still around and I hope that they continue to stay around

2nd visit in 18 months. They don't have food under heaters, so you do have to wait while they prepare your order. Salads & vegie burgers are on the menu. Customers can draw their own beverages = free refills (if you're eating in).
One entrance which is wheelchair accessible. Tables are spaced so a wheelchair can manuver to any vacant table. Kids will drive parents to the large glass case, filled with brightly colored toys inside. Pay to avtivate the claw to grab one. Good luck.
