Bruegger's Bagels

The hours on both google and the website indicate a 6am opening. I got up early to get my child a special bagel for her birthday. It’s 13 minutes after and the doors are still locked. Staff won’t answer the phone. Clearly, the hours need to be updated or staff need to be monitored to ensure they open as indicated.

Delicious savory bagels. The coffee could be better. The reason for the 4 stars is that after three times going there and asking for a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, it always ends up tasting like garlic (you can see the garlic flakes in the pic). I have had cinnamon sugar bagels at other Bruegger's locations and they've been amazing, so I was pretty disappointed at not being able to have my favorite order from this place taste good.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Seamus, the shift leader at the Orange store. We are home sick and a wonderful friend sent us lunch from Brueggers. There apparently was a mix up and part of the order was missing unbeknownst to us. Seamus took it upon himself to reach out to our friend and made arrangements to deliver the other part of the order after he got off work! Seamus drove nearly 20 minutes out of his way of his own volition to bring the rest of the order. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had this level of exceptional service before. Thank you again, Seamus, you are amazing!

This chain is the worst literally. They claim to be authentic New York style bagel I'm laughing so hard, anybody who's been to New York and enjoyed a bagel knows this is a joke. I've never been here before I figured I would give it a try this morning, so I ordered a plain bagel toasted with salmon cream cheese, I got a warm bagel with a white liquid substance that tasted to me exactly like warm miracle whip. Now, I hate cold miracle whip so you can imagine how much I hated the warm miracle whip. there was absolutely no smell or hint a flavor of salmon anywhere. Even the guy had to ask the girl next to him which one was the salmon cream cheese, So even he couldn't tell by looking at it or smelling it himself. So back to the bagel it was a tiny bagel with a minimal amount of cream cheese and it was disgusting , Something you might see at McDonald's , run away.

I planned on ordering breakfast from Brueggers for Christmas morning. Figured I’d order it and have it delivered on Christmas Eve so we’d have it ready, but Brueggers had the option of Christmas morning delivery through DoorDash so I chose it. Double checked their website and Google to make sure it wasn’t a mistake that they were open on Christmas Day - every other location in the area besides Orange said “closed” so figured it wasn’t a mistake (should have called to confirm - my bad). Long story short, ended up leaving my family Christmas morning to go there because the delivery didn’t show and they weren’t answering the phone. TURNS OUT, the Orange location was closed. Brueggers in Orange: UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND FOOD DELIVERY APPS FOR THE DAYS YOU ARE CLOSED like every other location has done, PLEASE.

Second time I ordered a special Brisket Bagel sandwich. This particular one doesn't have a price listed and I've paid a different price each time. This morning, they were out of small coffee cups. Then, you should've offered me the large cup at the small price! You did not and I got a large cup of truly terrible coffee. Bagel was great, but I won't visit you again.
