This is a great place that has been open for many many years in Orange. Joe, Madeline and Kev do a great job here. Joe has been working everyday for the past 40 years that I have been a customer. He makes fresh sausage and peppers daily and uses the best ingredients. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. I remember when Joes over stuffed subs where only $3.50 a piece and sat on top of the deli display to self serve..,....Great family place!! Support Joe and his willing and able team.

Maybe their best days are behind them. First red flag 🚩:Tried to call to order pickup and the line was busy. I thought maybe they were busy so I went anyway. Got there and waited a good 15 minutes behind one customer so they can tell me that there was no bacon and eggs. The racks are bare and the place looks like it already retired. Yep…not going back there.

Great Deli! Everything is delicious but if I had to choose one favorite, I'd have to go with the chicken cutlet.. or eggplant parm. Though the meatball, Italian combo, sausage and peppers are all really good too... ok it's impossible to just pick one

One of the best deli's around without a doubt. The staff is incredibly kind hearted and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kold Kuts. I've been coming here with my family for most of my life and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Delicious subs and hot food, everything done the right way ! Best roast beef sandwich, and best meatball grinder around! either way you can't go wrong here!

Mad at myself for not speaking up and requesting woman owner wash her hands before preparing my sub.
After rubbing her face with both open hands, didn’t even think to
wash them before touching food. She cut the grinder plus grabbed a handful of lettuce with hands that may have had a virus or something worse . Even in pre COVID days, this is a very unsanitary practice. Also wore no mask nor used plastic gloves.
