I often go here for my lunch breaks or to get breakfast and I wouldn’t be leaving this review if it weren’t for the upstanding customer service. I order about once a week but the shift manager or just general manager here knows my name and always greets me with a smile, I wish I got her name so I could leave it in this review but she is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Sometimes they get swamped in orders and customers but even if they do the food is always good and they handle the situation professionally. This is by far my favorite McDonald’s in Orange County.

Lady at the counter was so sweet! Game my parents the senior discount without them asking and gave my kids extra fires. Super nice. Playground is super big and you can eat in it but sounds echo so if your child is sensitive to sound bring headphones

I leave my opinion about this place i went today and the food and service was great very clean and fast service 👌 🙌 i recommended to come and enjoy special if you have little kids they can play on the playground 😊 😀

Great staff and customer service. The one downfall is that they don't have the same deals as other McDonald's. But a great quick snack when my kids get out of karate.

I have had a pleasant experience at this Micky Deez the last 3 times I have gone. It has been quick every time, even with a 10 car drive through (yes the drive through was snaking through the back end of the parking lot).

Having other McDonald's closer to our home, we always choose to drive a little further if it means better service. I have to say that this McDonald's location is the only place that I can say that time and time again we get our order just how we want it. We love our Chicken McNuggets cooked to order and we love that they do just that. Other McDonald's that we have visited seem to have a hard time pleasing their customers with their requests but not them and for that...we just want to say..."Thank You!".

The staff here are unbelievably kind and respectful. The food is very good and may quickly and packaged beautifully. I noticed that the staff had all their PPE on and I could tell that the store was kept very clean. Five stars!

It's a normal McDonald's with the kids playground, however, it was one if the first to serve the breakfast items after noon and the expanded breakfast menu. It typically has the newest McD's food trends before some others.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful, too, taking care of those things needing to be handled right away, like the drink machine being out of a beverage or ice.
The place is clean & neat and, as important, the women's bathroom is well attended & kept up.

The staff here are always friendly and provide fast service. I'm a picky eater and usually order "special" orders and I have never received the wrong food made. The drive through gets real busy at lunchtime so I will order from inside, but since the dining room is closed, I will take it to go. They always give plenty of napkins too.
